Name's Darkscythe. Been playing FFXI for about 4 years now. Not much of a Forum poster, but I'm looking to change that now. Currently I have SAM and RNG Lv.75, With WAR, and NIN as suitable subjobs. I am a slow leveler, preferring to solo things than wait for hours on end to get a pt invite only to find the pt fails, and make horrible EXP, or even lose more than I gain.
I am also a little on the stubborn side. I do not look to be "elite" or even claim to be such. Instead, I tend to be laid back in the game, preferring to enjoy the game as much as I can. If people think I fail, I simply laugh at them. Let other's be stuck-up if they wish. I'm here to have fun. I'm paying for my account, I will enjoy it my way, not someone else's.
The only time's I do turn into a jerk, is when I'm in an event, and no one wants to get off their bum and be ready on time. Nothing ticks me off more than that. My feelings on the matter are, if you want to be part of an event shell, then show some dedication by being there on time, and FULLY ready. Of course, r/l issues should ALWAYS be taken into account. I would never fault anyone for being a little tardy because their job/family requires their presence.
