My question is this... why if it is in the terms of service to begin with why don't they have say a block or a restriction on things you can use as names. That would make more sense then once you have done something with as far as I bet is up to the descrion of the GM if they are offend by your name or not and we all know it is impossible for humans to not let personal opinions get in the way so yeah I feel sorry for you that you lost your stuff. Makes me scared I have warp II on my mule right now.

My other question... what happens if say someone uses a name which may mean something else in another language or slang or to someone. What do that do then. I would be livid if someone had descrition to make me delete my character if I had a name which meant something and I had absoutly no idea I had done any wrong.

Another thought... did he know it was your mule and/or I am 99.9% sure we techinally aren't supposed to but maybe I am wrong who knows anyway just wanted to give my two cents.

this was the first, I got a E-mail sayin how many warnin i had left. also I had the Prsion in my search thinger which is odd now I can see whos in Jail
 
Also the GM told me to log in and delete my chr... don't I delete from the login screen and not log in?

I'm guessing that's because Flameass had a lot more playtime invested in the game. Mules are going to get deleted with a lot less consideration for items/gil on the character over mains.

Moral of the story: Don't name your characters something that's against the ToS.
 
Yeah, you kinda deserved a trip to GM jail for that name.

lol that sucks, I had a mule called Assplow, they put me in jail and made me delete it, but let me get everything off it first. Don't know why that GM was such an asshole about it.

almost every single time i've had a confrontation with a GM it was teelow on the opposite end of things, and yes, he is a huge ass.
