And I always use tortillas for either soft tacos or burritos, so no worries there.

Best tacos in the world:

Flour tortilla + meat/cheese. Then deep fry, add pico and a slice of avacado.

Also known as the Desperado Taco, if you're ever in the DFW area you must eat these.
 
I usually don't do guacamole in my tacos or burritos. I like to do beans (refried or black), beef, cheese, lettuce, salsa/diced tomatoes, and if I'm going somewhere and not making them myself, rice.
 
Only a thin layer of guac. And yea, refried beans are good too but you gotta be careful with those...
 
Yeah. But then again you have to be careful with most mexican food. ;) I always make refried beans at home because it's a quick thing to prepare that I can do while I'm seasoning the beef and it's totally worth the minimal effort involved. Now I really wanna make tacos, lol.
 
I had tacos for dinner last night and breakfast today (had my braces adjusted at 11:00am, so I knew I wouldn't be up for eating them afterwards).
 
I can't say I've ever done that before, lol.

One thing I actually really like doing is when my bro and I are done eating tacos/burritos for dinner there's usually a bit of meat left. I put it in a bowl and refridgerate it overnight. Then for lunch the next day while I'm working I take a handful of shredded cheese and mix it with the meat and pop it in the microwave for about a minute. Then I mix in some salsa and just eat it out of the bowl, sometimes with tortilla chips or otherwise just with a fork. Makes an awesome lunch.
 
I do the same thing, Rappa, but I put quacamole in mine. :P
 
I'm going to the grocery store right now to go get taco stuff.
 
You'll have plenty of time to go to the grocery store, when you're LIVING IN A VAN, DOWN BY THE RIVER!

Not a very good picture, but those are Desperado Tacos. I have those every Thursday (which is Desperado Taco night at Desperado's, they're like $2-3 off). They've been their most ordered item since 1976.
