Other shells have no idea what goes on here on ours. As a matter of fact, we have one of the absolute smallest number of people banned from this of any server. Besides, other HNMLSes have tried hopping over here and they never last more than a few months.

As for this, I'm not sure if I should be proud of the server for having so few banned, or if I should be ashamed that so few knew about it. Either way, looking over the list of BG, there's a few servers that seem to have 0 banned people.

Soloing one monster/boss/NM in salvage doesnt count as soloing the entire thing.
By that logic if a LS killed JOL with a bought popset without killing ANY of the previous tiers they can claim to have beaten sea.(Av doesnt count damnitt)

It's no different than soloing a limbus zone. You kill what you need to and then go on. In this instance, you kill the boss get the title/gear and that's a victory. I don't recall saying they cleared every mob in the zone they could but they successfully achieved victory.

Personally, the only way I could see saying you beat nyzul is by attaining a runic key, but for more nit picky people such as you're acting I suppose you'd need a runic key + 5/5 of every set and all 20 weapons or something. We're comparing apples and oranges.

In the instance of Salvage, clear the boss and get the title and you've killed off a pre req for something greater (I'm looking at you mythic). Limbus kill the boss get the chip you have a pop for ultima/omega. Nyzul kill the boss you uh get nothing besides maybe a piece of gear and/or a weapon or two.

As for your sea reference, what is it you consider beating sea? I'm especially curious of how the handful of shells that have killed AV haven't beaten it since you don't want to count him. Is your definition of sea being beat that every member has every torque/earring/cape or something?

Grandphoenix. The difference is that everyting in Salvage can't be soloed, while everything in Nyzul can be trioed.

Yes, some of the bosses can be soloed (Hell, any RDM can do it in 50 minutes with Bio III and Poison II), but why solo them when you can do it faster and more efficiently with 3 people? And with 3 people you can throw in some NM's as well. Sure, you can solo all NM's in Arrapago Remnants (I've done it myself, it is far from hard), but why solo few of them in one run when you can do all of them with 3?

Not sure why Pchan brought up trioing Nyzul in the first place though tbh. Sure, you can trio all of Nyzul with 3 people, and you can trio all of the bosses except for maybe Zhayolm with 3 people too. I'd bet most people can't, but it sure is possible.

I do not know if Kisada obtained his relic through fishbotting or not, but what I do know is that a LOLKikoku definitely does not break the game or give even the slightest advantage on 90% of HNM’s so you cannot use that argument to conclude that Kaizen was formed or based on cheating. That is a personal attack made on him and cannot be aggrandized to include the entire linkshell.

Oh you can prediction that people will use 4 RDM tanks?

Because rdm is the superior tank on JoL, and you most likely need to keep the same tanks for AV (2H limit etc) ?

If you were to zerg an HNM as NIN, it would be you're best bet. Not that NIN is a good zerging job by any stretch. NIN could use it in Salvage too, since it's totally hard and top end game shit yo.

You don't exactly even need the 'best tank' for JoLol either (PLD/NIN in anticipation for AV is fine too, not the best I would agree). PLD/RDM is superior to RDM/NIN on JoL anyway, pop Sentinel and spam your shit and you're capped on VE and at least half way to CE cap. Grats on failed flame, again.

This doesn't make sense to me. Why would you come to the server where a whopping 2 people were banned when you could go to Asura, Bismark, Carbuncle, Garuda, Valefor, or Phoenix where mass bannings took place effectively eliminating major shells and thinning the endgame scenes.

Yeah that's why people decided to dupe it. Salvage isn't hard, getting gear is easy. Do you do salvage ? I think not. Reason people duped is that getting gear is that those loser wouldn't put the required effort in it. If you have to put big effort, I guess it is hard ... I mean salvage is not Nyzul where you can trio Floor 1-100..

Time sinks don't contribute to difficulty, pally. They just artificially stretch out the lifespan of an event/reward.

Just to clarify, theres a very large difference between something requiring a lot of total time because it's genuinely difficult so you fail at completing it often, and something you just repeatedly do over and over again because the dice rolls don't end up giving you the result you were shooting for. Guess which one Salvage(and most MMO endgame activities) is.

I was thinking kinda the opposite; our endgame is so low key, onry 2 guys got banninated. Hope you're right.

Two guys got banned for Salvage duping. Not arguing your point wrong, but endgame and Salvage are two whole different ball games. Salvage bannings thinned HNM on other servers compared to ours already being low key makes for a hard server decision.
