Relic Hands and AF Pants' effect doesn't even stack, so the hands are sortof pointless unless you got Relic pants to go with them (which are debatedly useless as well, so...bleh...)

Can you please explain how you get this?

If you have a Limbus Linkshell, and they do Proto-Ultima, the Nash. Gloves are pretty good. Just got my pair a last sunday, stacked with AF1+1 Boots(If you dont have AF2 like me), gives me perp rate of.. 5 so far. (this is with no Af2 what so ever). If you have gear that attributes to your avators physical attack, or acc. i would probally choose those over Perp, rate though.

Can you please explain how you get this?

A few online parses have already shown that the acc different with both on is marginal (within 100 damage within eachother of having just one or both of the +acc items on), and I tested Predator Claws (30 with just pants, 30 with hands and pants; took about 4h, but needed something to think of while farming Rattling Eggs so decided to do this test while I was at it) on EM Lizards and wound up with roughly the same result. Perhaps it's luck, and maybe my acc merits are a slight bias, but from what I've seen the relic hands/AF pants don't stack.
