Bavaria if i was you i would look for a good ls that would fit you better and could work around other events you have planed to run. i bet you could find one of you just look.
 
Well since it looks like you finally posted where you're supposed to, there's nothing left to say here. You said your take on your time in our shell. People are welcome to read what you said, read what I said, and decide if you are worth the risk or not. Like my sig states, I urge people not to invite you. Whether they do or not is beyond my caring. Good luck in whatever you do, "slugger". Despite the fact that you've been nothing but rude to me personally in this topic despite my general neutrality in the whole situation speaks volumes, in my opinion.

If a person is going to join a endgame shell where you will be getting Rare/Ex gear and you do get a piece or two and then realize after you want to leave, I think it's best if you stick with that shell for a while even though you don't want to. Whether the piece is garbage or not, the ls still worked with you to get that piece and others may have wanted it.

The only acceptation I can think of to this is if the ls is god awful and your wasting your time every weak and it's on the verge of breaking or your being bullied and harassed from members in the ls inappropriately and the leader isn't stepping up and doing something about it. Other then that I can't think of anything, but this is my view.

We as a server should work together and come up with a social rule as to how long you should stay in the ls without taking off after getting some gear so that mega flames don't have to happen. I'd go for roughly 2 months but that's just me. Half a year would be pushing it too far in my opinion.

Also, when in doubt, communicate with your linkshell leader. I'm sure they're not going to snap your head off and are there for you. That's what part of being a leader is really.

i don't see how Bavaria Screwed over you're ls, Did he ninja lot, what did he really do to Fuck over you're ls. So he left the Ls, if he was that bad of a player like you say then why have you not stated the things other ls would like to know about. As far i could read it got relic of free lot, not like he Robbed you for anything.
 
Hmm. Seems like to me other then a practice to tarnish someone's reputation there was a huge scheduling conflict. You just need to look for a shell that fits with what you have planned.

I am lucky to not have any major issues with Dynamis and Sky being on the same day, and dynamis running into sky run time. The leader knows about my dynamis shell run time based and city and works the runs/farming around me until I arrive.

My emphasis in Bavaria's post. He committed to us and then after doing so started a salvage group he admits caused him to miss more than one run. He created the "scheduling conflict", my shell isn't to blame for this. Again, this is all freely admitted to in the OP. He can't use salvage as a defense when he's the one who put himself in that situation. If he wanted to do salvage at a time that conflicted with the shell he committed to, he should've left us first or found a better time to do salvage. But then again, as you can see that doesn't matter to him.

I did freely admit that I started with them. We had been talking about it for a month or more, and didnt get it off the ground. Finally we did, a couple weeks after I started Dynamis.

I tried to juggle, I couldn't and I made a choice, and was up front, and left.

You made a choice to leave a group after getting gear (2 pieces is still 2 pieces) that you committed to before your second group. If there was a conflict, the responsible thing would have been to leave the second group, not the first. You left for greedy reasons, which again to quote your IM to me, were "to work on some low man things, focusing more on Xarc and CoP areas." That implies less and less that it was so much a conflict of times and more and more that you joined salvage as an excuse to leave dumbamis and go play with your friends instead.

Bumblebetuna has already been answered. Jamal didn't leave a very detailed post on the WoS. I've since elaborated to make it more clear why you were chosen to be added rather than just ignored when you left. If you really want me to keep adding more to the topic, I'd be happy to. I haven't mentioned that quote about you leaving us to lowman north/dreamlands with friends yet, I'll add that as well to your entry if you'd like.

Yes, I left to do Salvage with my friends from Titan. Along with them, I have a more or less social shell with the remaining folks from Insurrection. There are quite a few of us, and we have tossed the idea around of low man northland and CoP Dyna. So technically, you are the second group. My priority always was and will be my long time friends. We had a rough patch, lot of people went different ways, but when it all cleared, it looked like we were going to start doing some things. That interferred with your Dynamis shell. And so, I was straight forward, and quit. I didn't bull shit you, or hide, or lie, I told you what I was going to do, and left.

And "two items is two items", please. If I had have lotted a surcoat and then bailed the next day, sure. Flame on. You and I and everyone else knows, that Dynamis drops, for the most part, are absolutely not serious business. Especially the two I got, which apparently was a major factor in all this crying. If your Dyna shell is losing sleep over a BLM an a MNK body, then you've got bigger problems than me quitting.

Nice try, but no. You joined my shell before you started salvage. You knew our runtimes. You went ahead and did salvage after the fact. That makes them your second group. I've talked about doing salvage for a long time, since before I created both of my shells. If I decide to start running tomorrow, that doesn't mean my salvage shell was my first shell.

"Lotting gear and ditching is okay, as long as it's not important gear." Right on. Tell that to your potential ls leaders in advance and see what they think about it.

Oh btw, if what you say is true and you really were talking in advance about starting a salvage shell which you presumably knew would interfere with our runtimes, why did do a) join our shell and b) lot on your first run?

Look Rappa, are you mad at me because I left, or are you mad at me for the bullshit posted on your site?

Just answer the god damn question. We've established the drops I received. Whatever. That whole lotting gear and ditching is ok if its not good gear, is a retarded statement. If you guys TRUELY think I used you for those two relic items, you're absolutely insane.

The play style thing was an idiodic arguement as well. I played my job well, and you know it. Otherwise, you would have told me to stop doing something. Having BLMs not be able to crowd control once I leave, or solo a statue if the situation benefits from it, has nothing to do with me. I was a member, you're the leader. If my actions were a problem, you should have said something. If their actions are a problem, you should train them. In no way is that on me. And this whole "bad attitude" thing, I rarely said a word on LS during Dyna. Bad arguement.

So this all comes down to you're pissed off because you didn't like my reason for leaving your shell, and feel I should have given you more notice or something. Is this right, or not? And if not, what the hell is the actual reason? I got Jamal on your site trying to play the "im disappointed cause you coulda been a role model" bullshit. So since I didn't live up to my potential, hes gonna shit talk me? I don't have to tell anyone how retarded that is, so please, tell me thats not what you're mad about.

Just say you're mad I left the shell. No other excuses. No stories about how bad a player I was. No stories about how bad my attitude was. No stories about how big of a loot whore I was. Yes or no, you're mad plain and simply, because I joined your shell, and then left it a couple weeks later.
