Um... they kinda fought pretty well in Vietnam, and the Chinese pushed us back to the original borders between the 2 Koreas. And why is India included in that list?

well, i guess we kind of lost to Vietnam, but we still caused way more casualties then they did, i think we lost around 58,000 and they lost in the millions
 
Yeah, because wiping out entire villages is a great way to jack up their casualty lists so it looks like we're doing better.

This topic fails at everything. First it links to a video made by Peta, one of the biggest legal terrorist groups ever. Then it goes on to randomly flame entire nations for no particular reason. It stereotypes and it's just overall crap. This is one Flameboard topic that I wouldn't mind seeing a moderator delete.

Um... that's wrong. There were several villages that were completely wiped out because it was suspected that a few were also soldiers. Maybe you should learn a little history before posting about this kind of thing.

PETA does far worse things to humans than they show happening to animals in their propaganda videos. PETA is a terriost group.

As for Vietnam, on a military scalethe US was dominate. We could go anywhere, take anything. We just couldn't keep control of it all at the same time. The problem was the government wouldn't allow the military to go offensive against North Vietnam, but were instead forced to fight defensively with one arm tied behind our backs. In addition, the 'president' (aka dictator) that was in charge of south vietnam made things worse than they should have been.

Majority of those stories of US soldiers massacering villages are made up by drafted soldiers angry at the Government and trying to stop the war, are the result of Vietcong fighters pretending to be villagers, or villages slaugthered by the Vietcong and blamed on the US. Yes, some civilians were killed, but much like Iraq it is caused by the enemy hiding as common citizens using gorilla style tactics.

Korea was victory for China and lose for the US because of 2 factors. First was generals not following the basic rules of advancement and the president's act of limiting the scope of the battle to Korea by stopping the advance at the river border. Had McArthur been allowed to continue on into China (they were already streaming across to fight us), the momentum would have been kept up and China would have fell.

wow that video is fucked up really hardcore i would like to take those guys and do what they are doing to those animals in that video cause thats what those people degrade to thats just sick
 
The sick thing about this video is that they are working for Americans. Its not like this doesn't happen every day, and that everyone of you has bought something that has contributed to this very kind of thing.

Should also add there are children who come here and posting this kinda stuff porbably is not in very good interest here.
 
Those same kids have ate countless hamburgers and chicken wings. Maybe it is about time we stopped sheltering them and let them make the connection that those were living animals once. Our society is way too protective. :? World isn't always pretty.
