They're inviting more people in. If you wanna be considered, download Home theme from the PSN store. They'll be selecting on the basis on PSN activity, so yada yada, waiting for Bajaratt to queue the, "well I guess then I won't be in cause my PS3 is completely dusty." We get it, yet we strangely don't care.

A shot at the beta's good if you're interested in it, but at this point, I'd imagine most of the non-fanboy population is fairly apathetic about Home; it's taken way too long to come out to garner massive interest.

Ya got me. Either release it to the general public or STFU about Home already. I am sick of hearing "It's coming"

Pretty much. At first I was like "sounds cool", then a year later i was like "i don't fucking care". I was more excited about the Ingame XMB than this shit.

Very true. I mean, sure ... Home WILL be kinda neat. But just give it to us for christ sakes.

I dled the theme btw. Why not get in the beta if i can.
 
I'll dl the theme and hope for a chance at beta tomorrow when I update my PS3 and charge my controller.
 
I hope this doesn't turn into Second Life or something along the lines of spending serious hours on.
 
I doubt I will even use it much at this point. I don't save much to the hard drive except games, so my media sharing will be zero. As far as trophies, they still don't get you anything, so who cares.

And it still doesn't have a release date yet right?


On that note, I do like the 360's new xbox live coming in September. Since I'm a netflix user, I think thats gonna be pretty neat.

Home will not be in October or November. They haven't even done the open beta yet. We might get that in Oct or Nov, but I bet there will be so many problems that we won't see it until Spring.
 
I haven't really been keepin' up with Home, because frankly I never liked the idea. So I have to ask, is Home goin' to be a mandatory thing or is it something you can choose to completely leave off your system? I'd prefer my PS3 and its menus, accessibility, etc. stay as it is right now.
