Except you don't need to flail. Everyones that actually touched the thing says that flicking your wrist is more than enough in most instances. Everything they show people doing is grossly exaggerated. I supposed you'd actually need to flail around like a complete buffoon if you turn the sensitivity down a lot.

I doubt nintendo is worried about marketing their product to people who will use it to play in their school cafeteria. Probably not at the top of their list.
