Since Phil posted I feel that I can now post without repercussions from KA, however, if the leadership deems it necessary to ask me to drop my pearl I will do so.
I am sadden to see the VERY unprofessional response to this thread given by Phil. I am a long time member of KP and was proud to join the ranks of KA after they helped me get sky access.
I have brought Poring's behavior to the attention of both KP and KA and not much has ever come of it. We have lost good members in both KP and KA due to the way he acts.
As a reference I have posted the KA rules and code of conduct. It is made clear that under the circumstances of what happened in previous occurrences that Poring should have been asked to leave the shell. He should never have been allowed to carry on as he did.
Rules for KeitaroAeon
General Rules
1. No cheating, no hacking. If you break either of these, it is an automatic kick-out.
2. Show up to scheduled events on time. If you are unable to, tell the officers or post on this forum ahead of time.
3. While in sky, as a LS, stay out of other linkshell’s affairs. There is no need for unnecessary drama with other shells.
4. Treat fellow members with respect. We do not need drama, so think first before you type out anything that can be misinterpreted. Uncalled for behavior will be taken into account and will be reviewed by the council.
5. In the event of bad luck or unfortunate events, do not place blame on particular persons. We all make mistakes sometimes. All that can be done is to try to prevent it from happening again as much as possible.
6. No negative issue should be brought up again unless there is valid reason to do so. No one wants to hear the same old words over and over again. Until then, said issue(s) should be left alone.
7. This is a fun linkshell with good people so let’s keep it that way. Just having fun and earning gear along the way is the best way to go.
Zero Drama Policy
Because of the diverseness of the community, we have setup this policy to encourage a comfortable environment. We do not need the drama many sensitive issues produce.
Try to keep an open mind and have empathy for those in the community.
Certain people may offend you, and you may offend certain people. We are diverse in personalities, tolerance, and views. Having empathy for others in the way you communicate, and the way you receive communication, can save a whole lot of drama.
If you have a problem with anything, and have tried to resolve it peacefully, please bring it up with a leader. If no resolution can be reached, the situation will be reviewed to determine the source of the drama, and the member(s) will be removed.
Conflicts with members or linkshells outside of our group will be handled by leaders.
There is a natural rivalry between opposing linkshells and it's easy for either side to become offended. In these situations, only leaders will handle the situation by discussing with the opposing leaders.
Depending on the severity of the drama being caused, the offending member will either be made aware of the issue through /tell, or removed immediately.
• Mocking anyone, or any group for religion, race, political views, sexual preference, gender, nationality, etc., will not be tolerated.
• Discussion of religion and politics is banned.
We will remove those who thoughtlessly ruin the experience of the game and waste our time.
