Looking to upgrade my Relic Dagger.

I just got it so it looks like I need to get 4 100 Byne Bills to start the process.

I'm looking to buy these if possible. However, The million + I seen them at is to me an outragious price.

I'm in DynamisATeam, and willing to join another LS for Dynamis as well just to try and get coins.

Have you really looked at the scope of this expense.

In all you will need 79 100 coins and a 10,000 coin not to mention all the rare/ex stuff. Assuming that Dynamis pants is not going to finance your operation that is going to take you.... 179 million just for the coins assuming that you get them for 10k a 1 coin. All i can say if you are willing to take on that is Goodluck. With compotition expect the price of the coins to be 20k normally. All I ask is that you dont spend any of the coins til you have enough to make it to atleast the Batardeau which is the dynamis only version of the weapon. Even once you are there you are still halfway from your goal at 79 100 coins investment. All i can say is there is a reason that noone has fully upgraded relic. But once again i say goodluck.

I need 5 more 100 byne bills, Cythe will need 61 100 Byne bills soon (or about that) so you will have some competiton (that is granted without us though ) I think flamey has like.. 1 or 2 more 100 byne bills to go. Try finding a dynamis LS that will sell to you for a cheap good price (so basically.. hell.. even Peregrine's price might be better if the coins are really 40k in batallia downs)

Mariox is about 40% done 3rd Stage and I'm about 20% done 3rd Stage.

You should probably prepare yourself to making at least 2mil a week. With the way things are going now, you need to be quick to find all the cheaper coins. Not trying to bash your goals, just trying to put it in realistic terms.

There's a huge shift going on. I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with the prices and why it's going out of control, but I checked all of Jeuno and the Jeuno area and could not find a single vendor that was selling for under 40k. That means that every coin for under that was already bought, indicating that 40k is now the price that meets the supply/demand quota.

It might be limbus-related, although more than likely the server simply reached a breaking point where 15k wasn't doing it for the people who want coins.

While I don't accept people who would just leave their shell because they want to get their coins-on, you're more than welcome to buy coins from me. They will be at market price though, and I'm going to start paying more attention to the bazaar market price. I lost 66 coins @15k before confirming that prices had indeed shot up to 35k+. The week before I sold 95 for 11k...It won't happen again, no matter how ridiculous the prices get.

But yeah...if the "million+" for a 100 bill is outrageous to you, go ahead and throw that dagger away. Seriously, I'm doing you a favor by telling you now. It takes a solid dynamis shell around 7 months to get enough coins to upgrade a single person. If you want to realistically upgrade, you will be buying coins for market price.

I know about people that are that far too.. wanna know how they are that far (or how Mariox is so far too?) THEY HAVE HELP D: zomg... help.. people in their dynamis LS and other dynamis LS helped them get coins for a cheaper price or they had their end game LSs helping them.. even if the people got nothing in return. That's kinda why the JP did some wyrms awhile back.. get the items, sell em, finish Lucifar's last upgrade. It's sad that no one on the NA side seems to give a shit to be like that though.

When people pay 2 million gil for one endgame strength point, 100 million gil for a relic weapon is unacceptably cheap. 200 million is unacceptable. 350 million...now we're talking proportionate. Relic upgrading is 1st class gaming. That doesn't include anyone on this forum to be frank. This 5k/10k stuff was 1st class a year ago, and that's what people on this forum hopelessly cling to now that, a year later, they can finally compete with what was going on way back when. Hate to burst the forum's best's bubbles, but 100 million isn't first class any more. The people who dropped 100 million a year ago when you could only drop 250k for your first pair of elitist leaping boots are capable of dropping 300 million today while you're struggling to keep boots at 750.

You might have improved over the course of the year--might have kept up with the tripling of prices. But you're still not first class. Not elite. Elite pays 40k now. Elite payed what you want to now, only they paid it a year ago and have only gotten more dominating today. You think they're stupid for doing that? Greedy? Inconsiderate?

Sorry folks, that's first class being first class. They're not stupid for paying 40k. You just can't pay that. You're not stupid for playing 8+ million gil for a scorpion harness in your own heads, but you'll call someone who drops more than you can stupid. Does that sound familiar?

Here you were thinking you were first class when all the while something like this was brooding in the economy. It's a big 'ol serving of humble pie to the NA fanbase who thought they were starting to become top dogs with their 3rd-generation relic weapon and their 85 million gil. Now you're slapped with the reality that this isn't 2003, and your road to upgrading either just tripled in price no matter how far you are into it, or your road to getting lucky on the 5k/10 hopes just got indefinitely long.

This is the true nature of the game, where you have no chance compared to them. It's the nature I've been telling you about for months. You've just considered yourselves first class, and now someone has come along and makes you look truly poor. And there's nothing you can do about it. You can't work harder. You can't outstrip them. You can't gain on them. You can only call them greedy and stupid and no-lifers, when in fact they probably do the same to you as you do to the "general masses."

To me if you're getting coins from all your "friends" for a sixth of their value, that's more akin to abusing them. To me THAT is greed--to take from your friends.
