Look at insurrection's former leader Finalnuke he stole dynamis bank, herald gaiters, and a lot of currency(?) I think it was I know the 1st two are right. However, his friend logged on the account and gave some of it back at least maybe not all of it but some of it was recovered was more than that has been attempted in this situation.

Just a thought, but is everyone forgetting that the Z-Mail and even black thatalum are not even RA/EX items? If it was a newly formed shell and the first major run you guys did as a shell, why were these items not lotted by the leader until rules were set in place for lotting items? Do I condone what happened with the Z-mail no, but it seems like lack of foresight into the situation led to the "lost" item.

Would it be great to have the item back, sure. But most shells have a leader hold onto non RA/EX items and pass them out later to those who either win the "lot" through a silent bid. Some may even have a leader hold onto the item and have those they feel are worthy of such an item perform a random in front of those trying for the item, which is really all a lotting of the pool is you hope like hell you bid high enough to win the item.

Starting out a new shell you hope you can always rely on your members and trust them, but sadly that isn't always the case. If there was even a tingle that something was off by anyone there it seems it should have been lotted by a trusted leader to be given out at a later date. Having the rules in place beforehand and kowing if you even lot on an item you earn by attending events and then having to give back at a later date may have helped also.

As for the Hollie incident. I don't know that person at all, but as far as I've seen in these posts, he has a hard time commiting to shells?

This game is a microcosim of RL...ppl don't have a sense of honor anymore as a general rule. We have become a "Me First" society.

Kizaryo apparently is too busy in reality that he does not have time to play FFXI. That was the reason he put in the sky shell.

Btw justs for clarifying purpose i dont think Jamal you should relate the case of Grandmaster(Dynamis) to the case of hollie(ZNM). In dynamis, you could still lot Relic, 100cc as long as you are within the zone even if you do are not in a party. No one has the ability to kick that person out if he is soloing. However, in ZNM, if Khidir is holding the leadership, he could ask everyone to pass first then he lot it. If A refuses to pass, he can always just kick him and lot it. This tend to serve as a buffer to be cheated by another person which dynamis does not have. This is a common tactic that japanese use in nyzul isle shout parties.

Personally, I will say let khidir go ahead, if hollie does nothing, then the whole situation still remains the same (and you can continue to bicker with hollie for the item). But if hollie try to pull out some stuns, Khidir can kick him, get the drops and complain to QCDNers which will reaffirm your stand. Ultimately, I don't see a lost at all.

Hmmm this thread is in NO way related to the other two. The OP was referring to people she knows that are personal friends, but the thread was de-railed (and jacked imo). Besides, i was just makin a recommendation is all. :)

I know, but they know what they are doing, in any of these threads you have been just been playing peer mediator and have no connections to the parties concerned/ haven't actually contributed much to any of these conversations besides "hai guise let's leik get alongz mmk?" :you silly:

You don't need to make a recommendation, thats the point GP is trying to make. Let me moderators do their job without the help of juvenile members like yourself.

This thread has to do with the other threads as well if you look, granted it didn't originally start that way... However it lead to the point that Hach made...

So as GP made it sound, don't backseat mod... there is a reason why you aren't a mod, so keep it as such
