I wanted to know because i don't have any money in my debit account. so can i use my mom's and on monday change the credit card and info to my name when i get paid

To answer your second question, no you dont get charged when you first sign up. As with most all MMO's, this one is no exception, they give you the first 30 days free. Then they charge you on the first day after your free period has ended.

They do this so that if you decide the game isnt for you, you can cancel your account before the 30 days is up and not be charged a monthly fee. However, if you decide to reactivate your account later on you will be charged the first day because your "free trial period" has expired.
