Mosts bsts would rather cut their own arm off than share xp space with a party, but since the great mpk nerf, a lot of times they don't have any choice. Many great bst xp camps were ruined by the despawning of pets, leaving bsts no choice but to seek out sites populated by exp parties. I promise that 99% of bsts, had they a choice, would choose to level as far away from traditional exp parties as possible.

That's just respect. Not everyone has "respect"-- and Shaid openly displays that. Generally though, the second party will arrive (and I've been in parties like these).. and someone will say "O'well, another party is here. Let's try it out. We can most likely out-pull them." Or something to that effect. The end results usually means that either one parties EXP becomes gimped, or both parties EXP becomes gimped. Don't get me wrong, some camps can hold more than one party. Those are not the ones that I am refering to. "That guy's leveling their NPC..." IF that person is there first, he is just as deservant of the area as the incoming exp party. He cannot zone to a new area or he's going to lose his NPC.
Where "courteousness" comes into effect is when the guy leveling his npc or farming willing to say... "Oh, you guys want to exp here? I'll move over there." Or "Hey, we'd really like to exp here and all of the other good exp camps our level are taken, do you mind if we exp here?"
Now the other guy maybe breaking TOS. The only difference is: He's not harming anyone by doing so. Harm none, do what ye will is something that I believe very strongly in. And yes, there is another flame for that, too. As silly as it seems, I saw that script and thought.. wow.. I wouldn't mind having one've those to clock my exp. I guess there is two sides of every coin. Everything that he has showing there I could do on pen and paper, so I wouldn't state that he has an unfair advantage. I might have room to believe that since he does use that program that he might be apt to use others.
And Astynax, as far as sittuation like not being able to get exp because you're a member of BoL... it's a lot like I said with a RDM who melee's. I read some stuff on the boards and then I have a bad experience with a member of that LS-- chances are the next person in that LS is going to be a bad experience, too. Now, of course we know that's not always the case. You're obviously been found to be a very good player. A lot've people are found guilty by association and are simply caught in the cross-fire. I might know a "Good Player" from that "LS" and I might know a "Good Melee-RDM", but when you know so many that are not good at it-- the odds are....

I went to CN to see a good friend of mine and watch over their PT (CN links aren’t always fun, plus free haste for the tank and skill ups for me). I see a bst charming berries and they are fighting each other, which is cool. Then I see him pull a beetle, and the pt is just standing there for like 10min, waiting on repops.
Your whole "bst nerf" excuse is nothing, did I play Bst? no. Will I? Prolly not. So I do not dare to assume I know the whole problem.. fact is the job was not meant to solo (according to SE <.<.. whatever) so why should I care about a bst killing a pt's exp mobs when he could be lfp? I'd invite a bst... they are really valuable I am told. Plus, I'm not much for cookie-cutter PT's.
I see as follows... bst in a VERY common PT area, 2 and 2 PT's.
I see my friends exp going down. So I decide to poke at pets, maybe give the guy a subtle hint to leave.
His only thing he said was "Cure please" in auto-trans, which I ignored. Not my job to cure random people, plus again, subtle hint.
fact he used AT I didn’t assume he spoke English, so I didn't try to talk to him.

Fact is he ended up with an R2 when he didn't even deserve anything. it's no way a responsibility for a whm to raise random people, especially ones bitching at other people in close ties to them.
Then you have the SS's above. Running an illegal program, tsk tsk... and its basically him whining to me about things I don't care about, and lying. The pld told me straight up he was a nuisance and that the whm complained about him before. The GM, gave me a warning and let me out, all of 60 seconds or so in Jail.. oh noes. Told me that I was in there for MPK... lol (I didn't MPK. he was in the way of the mobs move, not my problem.. I wasn't giving it tp on purpose, I was killing it) then told me that anyone has a right to any mob at any time. On which I asked him how that excludes just me from that.. he responded "It does not, however this situation is not your complaint" lol!
