What is your opinion about the the law that toughten the illegal immigrants in the US.


In my opinion is that illegal immigrants that is already here for 10+ years, should work and earn toward citizenship or at least obtain greencard to able to live and work freely in America

you have to say, most illegal immigrants work on stuff that us american will not do for, like car washing, and make very little money a days, farming, house constructioin, roofing, etc

if all illegal immigrants are removed from USA, who gonna left to do the dirty work? no one will willing to do car washing or do some labor that illegal immigrants do without a good amount of in your pay check, car washing will cost more, fixing your house will cost more, and a lot of stuff will cost more, there won't be no mexican resturant, chinese resturant, etc

People who came in illegally to do drugs dealing, they can just leave
People who came in illegally to make USA work, make USA a better place to live, taking care of their family in other country can work tempertary, and try to earn a way to greencard or citizenship.

Send em back to mexico but possibly ease the regualtions on letting them come back legally.

You know what the wonderful thing about an opinion is... It doesnt matter if you like it or not it holds value to the person saying it. For example there was a huge march today in Phoenix for this issue. There was some like 60 yr old woman holding up a sign saying "This is America not Amexico, Go home". The organizers of the march sat next to her the whole day making sure that no marchers said or did a thing to her. While i guarentee that they did not agree with her opinion free speech and the fact that it holds value to her made it so that she was not to be made a martyr.

IMO illegal immigrants are crimanals and they should be charged with a felony i think that this should be done with a program that give them a time period and chance with easier regulations to get a legal visa.

Border jumping should be a felony cause quite honestly its unsafe for us that live close to the borders. But this needs to be done over time and there needs to be incentives for people to come forward and get legal.

Anyhow, moving on, I understand people wanting to give there children better lives and better lives for themselves. I understand persuing the American dream I do I do. However, the law is the law. People who are here illegally should not be here, pure and simple. Stronger measures should be put in place to keep people from coming in ILLEGALLY. I'm sorry if this is harsh, but the law is the law.

I also dont want a change in the law to allow amnisty to those that have come in illegally. If people want in, then do it the legal way. How is changing the law far to all those people that did do it right. Here is Joey Joe who spent several years going through the process, but now Bobby Bee gets in cause he crossed the border and got lucky. No I'm happy with the imigration laws, and am all for tighter borders.
