<第4層>
南北ルートともワープしてすぐは次層への扉は開かない。

南北の部屋…カエル(ポロッゴ)→相当強いので無視推奨。
東西の手前の小部屋…マムージャ:HP、MP、ステ開放

その奥の部屋(東西端)の四隅…First Rampart、Second Rampart、Third Rampart、Fourth Rampart

If you need some background information, a JP LS got the 4th floor Poroggo Madame to pop in Zhayolm Remenants. It dropped Njord's Mask (Lv. 15), Anu's Brais (Lv. 15), and Hoshikazu Kyahan (Lv. 15), and the above is, what I believe to be the information about how to pop it.

Those are the last items untill all lvl 15 pieces have been found.

So the only thing still missing in that case is Macha's Feet untill the entire Morrigan set is found, and Deimo's Feet untill the entire Ares set is found. The other sets only miss 2-3 lvl 35 items untill all are found. Ironically, all but 2 are from Zhayolm.

I'm guessing they're saying you need to kill all 4 ramparts, and then clear the poroggo room to make it pop.

< 4th layer > also the north and south route doing, the loom you do not open the door to the next layer immediately. Room… north and southBecause the frog ([porotsugo]) -> suitable it is strong, disregard recommendation. Cubbyhole… forward the east west[mamujiya]: Room of the inner part of HP, MP and [sute] opening (Higashi Nisibata) four corners…When First Rampart, Second Rampart, Third Rampart and Fourth battle is set up to the Rampart north route →1, other things disappear. After pushing down, when the loom it does, if it hits and if 5 layer, comes off in 4 layer start the loom. (It is reset the) south route -> setting up battle, other things do not go out. If it pushes down entirely, it advances first. Until the door of hitting is pushed down, the loom does not react. The door of hitting each time random. Rogue Marid whose HP is rather many with “visit” ([marido]) it summons these doors, but 1 people you wait to the loom, the method which can lay down [marido] is better. When the loom is released, the loom do instantaneously. The pattern which [porotsugo] NM [Poroggo Madame] POP does to this layer. As for POP condition random POP from beginning?

went to google languages to translate this, so i dont know if its right.

I already tried google, but google never do a good translation <.<; that's why I asked for help to translate it.

First part they talk about the ramparts, and how the one that activates the teleporter is random. That part we already know. We also know Marids haev ratger low HP.

The next part hopefully talks about how they got the NM to pop. Google makes a very bad translation though <.<;

A friend translated that for me, who regularly translates Mangas.

Here was the reply he sent me. Hope it helps. :biggrin:

<4th floor>
Warp to the North-South road and the door to the next floor won't open immediately.

North-South room... RETURN (poroggo) => [the enemies are] fairly strong so ignore them.

Small room facing East-West... MAMUUJA : release HP, MP, ste (stats ?)

The corners of that room (East-West border)... 1st-2nd-3rd-4th ramparts

North road => start fighting one enemy and the others will disappear (O_o?) After beating him, warp, you might end up in the 5th floor or you might warp back to the start of floor 4 (sent back)

South road => even if you get in a fight, the others won't go away. Beat them all and you can go forward. You can't warp until the door at the goal collapses.

The goal door is random every time. [apparently, it's about you having to find the correct door] Those doors summon Rogue Marids (Marid) when you touch them, so you should put one warp ready in stand-by and put the Marid to sleep. [They ? The Marids ?] will warp as soon as the warp activates.

In this floor, Poroggo NM will do a POP pattern. The conditions of the POP is random from the start ?

Some stuff I didn't get because I don't know what the heck a poroggo or a POP is. Hope it's understandable and you can see what it's talking about...

Seems to be explaining more about the conditions to get to floor 5 (which they don't seem to have quite right...) than about how to pop the Madame.

Which is unfortunate, because Zhayolm isn't that hard to work in, but noone can find the NMs...

Yeah, it seems like they're talking more about how to get to 5th floor...

Either way, my theory on popping the NM is defeating all 4 ramparts, and the poroggos after all ramparts are defeated.

Either way, that text seem to mention the Poroggo Madame being a random pop, which I highly doubt, as someone besides that one JP group should have seen it by now... Guess I'll avoid Zhayolm for a little bit longer and concentrate on upgrading the pieces outside of Zhayolm Poroggo Madames <.<

In the south, all four ramparts (and everything else on the level) have been killed, and no frog has popped.

In the north, when you pull one, all the others vanish, and if you pull the one that activates the transporter, there's no way back to the other three. Logically, it's in the north somewhere, but how to pop it is a mystery (BG tried to translate the same passsage and it seemed to indicate some kind of random spawn when you enter the zone...)

Yes, I know. You don't bother with the frog in the south part though, as only the northern ones drop cells either way.

And by all ramparts, I ment all ramparts. Which means you need to pull the 3 "wrong ones" first, and then kill all of the frogs, and if the NM don't pop, you kill the right one and check again.

BG are slightly wrong on the pop conditions of the 3rd floor rampart. They state that you need to clear the wing, and THEN kill the rampart. You do not need to do this, though. You can kill the rampart and then clear the wing. It doesn't really matter in what order you do it. Hell, to be honest, I don't think you even need to kill the 3 previous room. Only the big room and the rampart.

there must be a reason you're unable to reach the other ramparts once the correct one is killed, and there must also be a reason defeating a rampart teleports you to the begining of the floor. There's also 2 sets of Poroggo Gents,

Thus, I believe that the 4th floor Poroggo Madame pops from first defeating the 3 "fake" ramparts, and then clear the poroggo room. There must also be a reason defeating the other ramparts teleports you back to the first floor, and activates a new set of mob. Here's the mob listing for 4th floor:

As you can see, the first and second ones are the mob entry list for north and south. As you can see, there's 8 Poroggos total on each side. However, as you can see, there's also a 3rd entry: the green one. This one have another set of ramparts, and 16 more Poroggos, 8 for each side. If you also watch closely, you'll see that the Poroggo Madames aren't listed untill the end of the THIRD set of mobs. Which I'm guessing is the one that pops once you've defeated a Rampart. So there is a possibility you only need to defeat one of the fake Ramparts in order to pop the "correct" set.

Additionally, since you have to defeat 20 (32 if you count the previous rooms) in order to pop the Poroggo Madame on the 3rd floor, the condition might also be the following, since there's 8 Poroggos in each room:

Defeat room
kill fake rampart
defeat room

doing this, you kill 16 Porrogo Gents.

(although I can swear I saw 16 Poroggo Gents in the big room. Only 8 are listed in the .dat, though. Perhaps there's 8 after the repop and 16 before?)

Yeah the numbers in the dats don't add up with what people have counted there. That may indicate a second "copy" of the floor being activated when you warp after killing one of the "fake ramparts". Still not sure how that would account for the 24 frogs at the end though... You can only warp back to the start of the floor from the north, so it makes no sense to have any separate mobs listed appearing in the south area (although with two madames listed, maybe each has 12 frogs associated with it?).

Still it would suck if you had to kill the 3x"fake" Ramparts first, when there's no way to tell the real one without engaging it, and by then it's too late to not kill it. Getting the 3 fakes would be about 25%, so if that's the case, you'd hope the drops are be 100%. (None of the other NMs rely on luck to spawn, apart from Mad Bomber which seems to be 50% chance of appearing).

Yeah, the drops are 100%. All drops in Zhayolm seem to be 100% drop, apart from status cells.

Also, found this on BG when I woke up today:

Well, I learned a few things tonight. First of all, there are two "versions" of the 4th floor North. You start out with version 1. After you get warped back you're on version 2. Warped back again and you're on version 1 again. This repeats indefinitely. There is a version 1 gate trigger, and a version 2 gate trigger, which are different. The trigger does not change as long as the version is the same. So, if you're on version 1 and you kill First Rampart and it was wrong, then next time you get version 1, don't kill First Rampart again. On the other hand, if First Rampart doesn't unlock it for version 1, it may be the correct one for version 2. Also, pulling multiple ramparts simultaneously does not work. We pulled 2 at the same time using Stone I, and both turned purple and started coming after us, but one despawned while it was running at us.

The 5th floor north fucking sucks ass. It's -really- hard to not get a link in that room. There's 12 gears (not 8) in the first room, and there's 12 in the second room. The room at the bottom (the square dead end room right to the north of the teleporter room) has 3 Archaic Ramparts in it. Note that this is not listed on the wiki map. My guess is: clear first room + 3 ramparts = 1 Poroggo madame. Kill 2nd room + Archaic Rampart (possibly Chariot too) = 2nd Poroggo madame. We wiped before we could finish testing this, we had a link and Rail Cannon spam from the 12 gears.
He also states that there's 2 versions. The second rampart list pops when you kill the first rampart.

So if you kill the wrong one, you're on the second version. So in other words, you only have to kill the wrong rampart once in order to activate the second version on 4th floor.
