Intensity's swift belt run

I've done some events with some pretty unprepared and generally annoying ppl, but this one takes the fucking cake. First off the event starts late, but thats fine I dont really mind waiting. first thing i notice is that ppl like to go afk without saying anything, but thats ok, do major fuck ups so whatever. We die on our way to the first camp, but hey, who cares? shit happens. We do the first nm, a elvaan i think and hfar gets the drop, more power too him, he was alright and had his shit together. a someone else who's name i dont remember pops and gets nothing.

Hume room is where shit hits the fan, and i mean things really get fucked up. first off ppl dont have enough hate, and not like, off by a few kills i mean off by like 15+. next the leader has to go afk for "15 minutes" 3 hours+ later while I'm writing this the bastards still afk. HELPING OR NOT if your going to lead and event, you better FUCKING COMMIT TO IT. other ppl from this point on seem to slip in and out of afkness OFTEN WHILE MOBS ARE BEING PULLED, and worse off we become aware of ppl MAINLY THE WHM SPELLBINDER, afking randomly without saying anything, YET WE KEPT PULLING BECAUSE Solrack "Just needed 1-2 more kills for max hate" PFFT. Next in this rant comes Spellbinder... goddamnit no one in this pissed me off as much as him, not only does he afk when ever he pleases, but when he finally gets a chance to do his run [after about a hour of solracks "needing one more"] he gets no drop AND WARPS.

Theres a bunch of other shit im pissed off about this run too, but im too mad to remember it. i might add more later. any grammer/spelling nazi's can lick my left nut.

That's odd for Spellbinder...I have nothing but absolutely great memories in my many dealings with him as WHM in merit parties and throughout various missions (just did WIndy 9-2 with him, actually). Never did anything to warrant complaints.

I warped because I didn't think Intensity would come back and she had the only spare codex. I went to batallia downs to get another one, then tried to get back to Sacrarium. got as far as Misareux Coast when my parents came in and said "Get off the computer and spend some quality time with us." I spent an hour and a half watching Poseidon, a lame movie with Ashton Kutcher as a Coast Guard. anyway i shouldn't have gone without explaining to you, but before i could, someone suggested reforming pts and i was too far away for invite and was getting nagged at so i couldn't exactly send /t's to everyone.

Edit: anyone on this run who didn't get their belt is welcome to come to Antares' run tomorrow, March 25th, at 4pm. p.s i will be afking then a bit too as i have to play CoP 4-2 on a friend's char while he has work.

yeah yeah shit hit the pan, first off i want to apologise for the 15 min thing, due to circumstances i got held up. so here's another question, i arranged to have 1 nin and 1 pld should this happen... so where was the problem? you were to fucking retarded to continue the run without me? well i'm flattered.

as for sol? yeah he warped off, that i can't agree with, but the dudes down 200k... your going to be pissed off. and please don't give me that crap about farming the codex... over buying it.. i really don't care.

but i like to see how big you fucked up in taking charge of the situation as you came to qcdn to run your mouth... bravo, you had the jobs all there with a single goal... but instead of pulling them together you whined, bitched and complained.

Just curious, but regarding the "1 NIN and 1 PLD"...was that one NIN you, or was that referring to a backup NIN? 'Cause if the one NIN was only you, that leaves just a PLD tanking the Hume (read: RNG with 2h) NM...which is incredibly risky.

Seeing as to you I came along to help with two pops on Thursdays, I know for a fact you got your belt easier than anyone else on the run. So you AFK'ing without any well-said reason thus far...well...he has every right to be pissed. I would be too.

was a back up nin, the whole party had 3 tanks, 2 when i was gone.

i told people i might have to go afk, long before the run even started. just surprises me they didn't boot me sooner, 3 hours?... well thanks for the xp but in the same situation i would booted me sooner
