Not at all, i'dve been completely content providing my opinion and simply leaving it at that rather than feeling put on the defensive without actually inviting it through immature means, per usual. The humor wasen't lost on me, but again .. you're weird in this thread in comparison to the other times we've gone rounds on this subject it seemed more off color than a humorous jab at the time.

Luckily no one has to be asked that question. Those in service make that decision for themselves for better or for worse and i couldn't imagine it being any other way. I hold soldiers in the highest regard and will continue to do so until i'm in the dirt. It's not something i could do for more reasons than i can think of or could be given to me. This, if nothing else, is the basis of my opinion. Any action that brings a life lived for others to an end is not okay by me, whether it be morally correct or not i'm just not comfortable with it on a personal level.

Iraqis are the least of my fucking concerns. They should be dealing with their problems between themselves, especially now that America has enabled them to create an administration. If the majority of people support that system, why would they bail out on it if America handed it off to them, the rightful owners?

I don't usually try to make humor, and this is exactly why. I was trying to bring a funny end to a discussion no one appeared to want. I am use to having at least three people disagree with me (DD, trippy, and mokk), so that doesn't mean much. I criticize an idea as childish, provide proof and a source as to how I came to that conclusion. Then I post one funny picture in an attempt to end a discussion the other side says they don't want...and that makes me an immature hypocrit? Thank goodness you don't get in on most of our debates. This thread doesn't have enough trippy... that must be the problem :nyam:
 
before you started one there wasen't much of a debate, to be fair, and on the same note your childish viewpoint opinion doesn't stand up, there's a very good criticism on kholbergs theory which is applicable to this instance down the page. On the same note, why single me out instead of also including sculli and sneaky on this? .. that's what i understood least of all about your posts it's not like i was the sole opposition ... or opposition at all, my FIRST POST says i not only agree but disagree with you.

This thread has been pages upon pages of me repeating myself and you looking for any way possible to discredit my opinion, which is at base your opinion on the global scale and a somewhat more selfish (as you put it, id've gone with empathetic and compassionate to our own troops, but meh) viewpoint on a personal note. It's just off.
