Is it okay to hit girls?

The things that come out of your mouth..

I just see a lot of guys elsewhere complain bout the dating scene and how passive girls are at it and generally still have a mindset of "guy always pays" or "guy always initiates" and such. But I honestly don't see their problem. I can see the initiation bit, but seems most girls are ok with paying their fair share on dates.

The other things I've seen em have issue with are things like which parent tends to get the child in a divorce or alimony or them not having a say in the life of a child when it comes to abortion or other such things. *shrugs*

I suppose. Things like alimony and child custody are pretty specific though, case by case usually. Nothing that really gets as much attention like these broad beatings as of late =p

As far as the dating scene, well I haven't been in it for yeeears. But my friends are some pushy broads, they know what they want and they go after it, they speak their minds and you can like it or FO. lol That's the difference though between grown women with confidence in knowing who they are vs young women who still haven't found their voices etc.
And I think, I'm not suure, but I think a lot of men would still want to treat their dates. There are a few that I know personally who wouldn't care so much if their date wanted to go dutch, but most I think would want to cover the tab for the night if the woman seems worth the trouble you know.

It usually depends on how the men were brought up, I was raised that way, I'll be damned if a girl pays a penny on a date! That's rediculous. And the confident women are way more attractive!

I like a woman who can match my wit. Sadly, I have yet to find one that can keep up.

I've yet to find a woman who can stand your sheer amount of profanity!

After the first visit at your house, they never wanna go back there!

I really do have a dirty mouth. I can't get through many conversations without dropping at least one curse.

Admitting you have a fucking problem is the first step to fixing that bitch!

Oh, I never said it was a problem lol

If all you're referring to is having a dirty vocab at the best of times.. I'm sure my conversations would be as filthy. I can't seem to get through a sentence with out dropping the f bomb a few times.. or at least something! Since working at a biker bar I find myself dropping C unit a lot.. my mother must be proud.

CUNT is the best word! It's so harsh and most women hate it!

I'm still entertained that Joss Whedon found a way to sneak in calling a woman a whiny cunt into a PG-13 movie.

Then again, there's a fair chance that nobody on the ratings board knew what "mewling quim" actually meant.

As for the more serious bits, about custody battles and alimony and whatnot...

Fuck no it's not fair. It's infuriating, quite frankly.

Short story here.

I had an acquaintance who split from his wife of ten years a while back. Now, he fought for custody of their kid, but the court pretty much automatically awarded it to the mother. This was a source of some concern for him, since his wife was, in layman's terms, a crazy bitch whore.

Flash forward three years. This acquaintance has hit a bad patch; lost his job, fought a brief war with alcoholism that culminated in 18 months in jail over a DUI.

At this point, he gets awarded sole custody. After he's been to fucking prison.

So you can get an idea of just how inutterably fucked up his ex-wife was.

So, the question is, since she was that fucked up before he managed to hit rock-bottom, why the hell was she awarded custody to begin with?

Most states actually don't give the father rights at all until a divorce is complete and there's a court order for it. IE: Georgia

That's some seriously fucked up and sad shit.. and for the kid(s).

I know that in the past, and not far, it was always practically an automatic thing to award the mother custody. That said, I thought in recent years, lets say the last 10-15 it's become more and more common for fathers to get awarded sole custody and be given the same consideration as the mother through the initial process. I guess I'm wrong.

My sister in laws bf has 2 children with his ex wife. He makes just under 6 figures being a foreman for a construction company, she is a crazy bitch as well. Fills the childrens heads with shit, tries to play them against their father etc. These are good kids and he's a good man! But she's a crazy materialistic selfish cunt... and that was appropriate use btw..

She's become accustomed to the lifestyle he was able to give them, although they were only married 3 years in total, he pays out nearly 8k a month.. she has the house in which he gave her off the hop to ensure his children had a decent place to live. She still demands more. Her sister... another bat shit crazy bitch was married to his best friend who happens to be a heart surgeon, another nice man. No children iirc, however she's getting nearly 14k off him a month and is still demanding more.

I guess, I just don't understand the mentality of these broads. Not like me and mine have a ridiculous amount of cash or assets, but what he does have, what little we have I'd be content ensuring we were both as comfortable as possible to make the life of our little one as pleasant as possible. We'll always have the chance to meet new love interests, but our daughter only has one family, one set of parents.

In custody battles, I can't see how anyone would think placing children with their mother who would be completely dependant on the alimony and/or child support to provide for the child(ren) when the father could potentially give them all they need. It's a catch 22 in my eyes. The mother is the best option because she could stay home or take a part time job and depend on child support and alimony?!

My cousin who is young, 25 I think now.. she has a little girl a few months older than mine, she decided she wasn't cut out for it, married an air force captain, he wasn't home much and she moved to NM far from her family, friends and general support system. So she moved home earlier this year and left her daughter with her daddy. Now as much as that kills me, it makes sense. She's not in the right mind set now can she provide for her daughter having absolutely no professional experience to land her a decent job. She has to work 2 bar jobs just to pay rent, so she wouldn't be able to afford daycare. She made the right decision in my mind.

Time has a way of changing things though. Eventually I'm sure she'll make arrangements to take her daughter, then again, maybe not.

Yea, such a great Justice system we have in this country...

The justice system isn't about justice, but about conviction and money.

Anyways, I don't see the problem with words >.> people focus way too much on words and not on the tone or context. Shallow, lazy, and stupid people simplifying it down to the mere word cause the context or tone takes more time, energy, and thought :|

As for the dating scene stuff, just what I'm told. I've never seen girls have a problem sharing pay or think a guy should pay all the time (at least not anymore in society, in movies sure, but they are movies) and I've seen friends who were the initiators of relationships sooo I just think they're prolly bitter not finding a person to date. But ya, I don't really date. Never liked the "dating scene" crap.

Except in the above case, where I think is was properly used ;p Sweet justice does sometimes happen.

When I was in the dating scene.. well it wasn't really dating per se. I was never going out to dinner 1v1, it was always in a group of friends. But I was 17 .... so I've never actually dated. Can't say I don't know -how-, but certainly not from experience. Either way, I wouldn't care whether or not I paid my own tab. I wouldn't go out expecting to be paid for, I'd always bring my own cash and assume I'd take care of myself. If the guy I was out with offered, then I'd be gracious and accept.
