I still havn't joined any ls for Beta yet, and to be honest it's probably a little pointless in the long term lol.

Probably cause of my limited playtime and EU hours means I havn't seen any of you guys yet on Lindblum. When the full release comes round i'll be looking for a ls preferably with a few Quetz folks if possible.

Hi, new to the forums but I'll be on Lindblum. I've hooked up with some folks I know IRL and their LS already, but I know it's possible to have multiple in FFXIV, so I'd love to meet some of you fine folks! In-game name I've reserved is Rusty Brazenfire!

Hey folks. I am coming back for FFXIV. After talking with Aurorastar I will also be playing on Lindblum. Any chances the name of these servers will be changed upon launch the new few days though?

I'm going to say no chance at the names changing. Since you're able to keep your char name if you pick the same server you did on Open Beta!

I believe the server names will stay the same for retail.

Anyways, I'll be on Lindblum, come March and the PS3 version.

I think a lot of us are making the jump to Istory because Lindblum was heavily populated where Istory wasn't.

Someone should make a thread with the title saying that the new quetz is Istory. Because this thread is misleading at first glance.
 
I need to get in on this hotness and start gaying it up in FFXIV with teh ol' droogs... unfortunately work training involves a shit load of studying right now ಥ___ಥ

Also I doubt my PC can run this game 8D

Don't count yourself out, my laptops under min specs and it handles the game pretty well on medium-ish settings. It gets a lil laggy in citys and near populated crystals, but not to the point of being unplayable.

That benchmark is flawed. I ran it and got like 400 and something. I run the game fine with no lag. On medium-high graphics.
 
I have a dual core 2.2 GHz AMD athlon 64, 1 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

I'm not too confident x_x

www.newegg.com lol upgrade your comp man XD I upgraded Cyruktions so he can play via desktop now. It runs perfect, no lag and gorgeous on high graphics. Runs great on mine too, I just gotta be less cheap and get the game.
 
I'd probably have to spend at least $300 to upgrade this PC to run FFXIV and I'd probably need a new mobo. Whenever I do upgrade I want to go all out and I can't really afford that right now, which would make this temporary upgrade a waste of money. Plus with other PS3 games about to come out that I want to play I might as well just wait till March.
