mine was stuck at 94.8% but I just left it open and it eventually completed.

Anyone have the beta download link handy? I can't find it through google or bing. I thought it was on here, but I don't remember where. My brother is trying to install beta on the desktop he built for me, and he's like yeah I can't find the link.

Heya all!

Nice to see that some of you are still playing FFXI and are planning to give FFXIV a try...
I think it's a super idea to choose a FF14 server where all the lost souls of Quetzalcoatl can get together.

I look forward seeing you in game on September 22!

okay so I Just finished a party.... monsters are marked wrong >_> blue goats hit for over 900 dmg!

i was stuck at 94.6% for three days, till i found a website that just allowed me to download the patches and put them in the folder myself. So i finally got to play tonight, and while in closed beta my system ran the game like i was watching a flip book, it runs much smoother now! I guess i may have to re pre order it now!

yeah, i think some of the mobs con the wrong difficulty because i tried to fight a decent "green con" mob and it totally owned me.

After alot of trouble trying to get the key, i finally got it and got all updated, in gridania on lindblum server, is there any qcdn linkshell yet? I'll be on awhile tonight and this afternoon so hit me up if your on, I'm lonely ; ;

Yes, I made a temporary Quetzy LS. I have about 15+ Quetz people in it thus far. Your welcome to join up and explore beta with us. Whats your in game name?

Yes, I'm in Tak's Quetz LS as well. There was a few on last night and I learned some new things from them as they chatted back and forth to each other about the crafting system and what not.

There are so many RMTs near the Levequest camps, so that'll give you a chance to use your block list as they'll be spam shouting. It's rather cool that you can equip 10 LSs at once and talk/see chat from all of them, although I haven't gotten more than one LS yet, so I haven't gotten a chance to experience or try/figure it out.

so here is the question.. are we staying on Linblum for launch or are we shifting to Selbina? my only worry with linblum is on ffxivcore it seems to be one of the more popular servers, so it might be ridiculously crowded once launch hits. Toughts?

My ls will be formed on istory. I invite any of those that want to join. It's a mixed bag of skilled players as well as open door to new folks from istory. But please do as you wish and go where you feel and have a great time. I personally can't wait to meet new folks :D.

My ls no doubt will evolve over time, but at it's core it has some witty skilled folks lol. If you join, please be sure to bring a sense of humor. If you don't have one, you may want to develop one.
