Guys, i thank you all for your time to respond here, it really makes me happy that i have true friends even though they're not beside me in flesh and bones.

Secondly, i'm not exactly sure what comes next. I'm not quitting yet, but, as stated on my OP, TheFlock was basically the main reason i didn't quit anyways, so i'm just not sure on what goes on.

I just saw fit post a sort of "Congratulatory" thread here, the very forums that put TheFlock on the map. I just wanted to thank everyone, all of the people who along the 2 or so years have supported us in so many ways, from encouraging tells to threads to just plain being nice.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the deapth of my being.

Anywho, this is the end of my history with, maybe not the biggest, maybe not the best, but definitely the most heart-full LS of all times, The Flock.

Hey man, I never knew you in-game, I'm sure we partied over the 2 and a half years I was actively playing for. But it is a shame to see you go. You have connected people not from just over Quetz, but from all over then entire FFXI. Once the server transfers opened, people came from tones of servers just to join up with The Flock. You did something that has made this game more than just a game to some people, and I salute you on that. /Salute

So even though I never had the privilege of knowing you, just gonna say: What ever you plan to do I respect you :)

Some of the most fun in the game I have ever had. Period.

Either route you choose Dejan, you do have friends here ^_^; Might I recommend the RL side =). FFXI is fun if you barely ever play it lol
 
Some of my best memories of the game were when we started up TheFlock. Remember when it was you, Zimzum, and I sitting trying to figure out a colour for the LS? You grew that shell to what it is today, and you should be proud of that. Godspeed and good luck in where you go in the game now Dej, and RL. You always were the most dedicated BST I've ever met.

TheFlock will stay strong as ever with Mana on the lead now. Too bad there were some people that brought some "negative" things into the LS, but that happens in all the linkshells... ;\ can't avoid it.

I'm pretty sure you are going to stay around in game at least so I'm not going to be all long-winded and taru-esque like I am.

I know you very well and I thought that one day this would come and I don't mean that in an insulting way. You enjoy all aspects of this game, you love leveling jobs and fighting things in many ways and that was one of the inspirations for this shell.

I'm sure you remember sitting in Behemoth's Dominion with 100 other people talking to me in my first new fresh AF boots as a lvl 52 BST talking about starting a shell like LoTB. Doing things a new, fresh way like we wanted too and we did it. A week later maybe I was running through Bea[tab] and you come on Azz's BST shell asking for ideas for a LS name and I said "TheFlock". Think that night I got my pearl from you Miros and Zimzum. Kind of hard to believe when I logged on yesterday that from the original 3-5 leaders and officers it was just Manasha and I left but we have alot of support from the shell and new officers and inspires me to pick it up myself and be the type of officer I used to be.

I pretty much grew up on my BST in this shell and I will continue to. The most important thing about our shell is that we always bounce back from anything and as BSTs and SMNs are very resilient.

Whatever, I'll see you ingame. Lol.
 
Are you saying that I have to fly down to Brazil and play tennis with you? I hope you don't quit FFXI all-together bud, but if so... Take care
