No shit. Atleast Bleach's fillers were decent.
 
I was hoping this weeks was the last one. Jiraiya shows up about midway through briefly, but not completely shown(just his right sleeve and hand.) But thats all there was about him this week.

Ironically, no. Different plots. They aren't helping to retrieve Gaara from Akatsuki, but some random girl from the Sand.
 
This little filler arc hasn't been so bad truly. But i'm looking forward to it getting back on track.

There isn't much evidence to back that up, aside from a few generic features. Really, how many characters in Naruto have spikey hair?
 
Well, really, nothing can be spoiled because it hasn't been shown who he is yet. Aside from like I said, spikey hair, which given the Naruto Universe, could be anyone.

Except for Lee that chose to be different.

I read the manga too, and Skaw is correct, they've never even shown the leader of Akatsuki. The best they've done is you see his outlive through some smoke, at this point it's only theory who it really is; anyone who says otherwise is outright lying.

The lower half of his face has been shown, as well as a silhoutte of him sitting on a statue. There was a two page image before Chapter 317 that shows the back of his head.

Other than those kinds of generic glances, nothing. Also, he hasn't been called anything but Leader. But yeah, most instances of him have been the grayed out telepathic-like haze.

yay... anyone know what episode #'s of the anime the first non-filler is?

i stopped dling them a while ago..
 
220 should be the first of the non-filler episodes.
 
Are any of the fillers gonna be related to the new episodes for those that watched it? I left off at 173 and having been keeping up since and I'm debating whether or not I should watch them or just skip ahead to 220. I really don't feel like watching all those fillers but I will if I need too.
