Did a BCNM60 today with a group of people who were all quite cool...all except for one person that is and that person is Imbris. Now I don't really know Imbris very well at all but from what I've seen today this is someone I won't be spending alot of time with. She's made it to level 75 as a WHM but still gets angry and rages over whether or not everyone spends the full number of beastman's seals in a BCNM. She accused me of being a cheat, lier and scammer because I asked her not to get so angry over someone else not wanting to waste more XP and seals when we had already had a run of bad luck. I don't know what her problem is but I was only trying to avoid bad feelings and fighting within the party and ended up being attacked for it.

We did finish the BCNMs and we actually won one of them so it wasn't a total loss. When we decided to let one of the party sell the items and send everyone the cash Imbris didn't want to trade the items she had in her possesion but she did eventually after quite a while. I'm sorry if it was a bad time for Imbris but I can't recommend anyone spend too much time around this person unless you like being insulted and taunted by someone with a major attitude problem. :?

Ive BCNMed with people like that. I make it a point to say pool the loot and split the cash several times before we start just so everyone knows but this one Rdm got the best drops and suddenly didnt remember me saying that at the end of the last run. Funny huh?

I was in that BCNM, and yea its true she did start to bitch at everyone, i (the first person to go on the BCNM) sugested we should stop wasting the seal since we lost (4times in a row -_-) i simply said why bother loosing more exp to make things fair? Ok true it wasnt fair 2 ppl where keeping their orbs but still why waist more exp to lose, and she went off on how it isnt fair, and stuff and stuff so we HAD to continue, but thx to our thf. he found a easier BCNM that we won and when we did win she went saying stuff about ppl crying about loosing exp, in wich the point the BLM got mad at her b/c she was being real bitchy. in wich point we asked the leader if he could sell the items, cause we didnt trust her with any of those items. and at first she also bitched about it, saying shes not a petty scammer but meh. you never know, later she gave the items back. and we left with some loot at least =/

Very small amount. Nothing that 10 mins in your next party won't fix^^

If this person had already burnt their seals, they have every right to get angry at people who want to take a shot at their cuts while giving nothing back. Regardless of failure--if someone spent their seal for you, you do it for them. Period.

Does this even belong on a flame board? pretty straight forward. We went on a BCNM60, with 6 orbs. I joined this party from a shout, specifically saying that you could not join without your own orb. Ok. Fork out the 60 seals, head out. First match is a loss, and second, yet we continue. finally when the person with the last orb come to thier turn, they start getting all whiney with "i dont want to lose exp" even tho with my raise3 it would have been next to nothing lose. did they not go on a bcnm to attempt 6 times? was that not in the original party forming shout? That means, worst case scenario is 6 deaths. I say to party just use it, keep it fair, keep the loss equal for all. The final orb user agrees and the orb is used. Then paddington, in his own condecending way, send me a tell about how i dont respect peoples feelings. please. stay out of things you arent involved in and maybe you wont end up with hurt feelings. Just another reason for me to filter shouts in jeuno. ><

We all know how long it takes to get 60 seals. thats why the reward is so high, because the stakes are high too.

I have been in that exact situation before, 4 loses no wins, and people are talking about leaving. I had used my orb and I was willing to call it quits, it was getting to be a waste of time and exp for not enough reward. It's not a scam when they didn't get anything out of it. It's not selfish, since the only thing you're getting out of it is to not lose anything. the only way they would be selfish or it would be a scam would be if they left before using their orb and you had already won something.

The shout about you having your own orb is to make sure no one gets a free ride.

The people who wanted to leave obviously felt it was a waste of their time. It's their decision and should be respected, especially since you hadn't won anything yet. If I'm in a horrible exp party, I don't "stick it out" to see if it will get better, I leave. There's nothing different here.
