I thought about that too, but all servers are listed on ffxiah aren't they? If they can be confirmed to be an actual character, at least it would cut down on the sock puppeting bs. Not to mention the "Pornboobsxxxlookhere" threads.

1. go to your admin control panel
2. top link "vbulletin options"
3. 11th one down "user registration options"
4. set "moderate new users" to yes.

easy as pie. yes, reeve will have to do this unless someone else has admin access.

Hell, even go beyond that and require them to verify in-game that it was in-fact them who registered just so dickwadassface doesn't go around picking random quetzy player names. It's a lot more work for the admins, but at least the actual message board won't suffer. Get more mods if you don't currently have enough.

And for god sake, track him down to his isp and report him for harassment. I'm sure you've already thought of this. Does he have his IP hidden too deep for this? If so, then screw it, the above solution will work.

You want to take the time to manually go through and do all that? You could always set up pruning, but thats whack if you want to look up info in an old post.

And yeah, reeve hasn't been here for about a week and a half (since the 20th) so at this time i don't think this is a solid idea. If reeves gives admin to cmdr or someone then shit yeah, i say do it, but until then no.
