Well I logged on today, and Vavian the RMT shouter in WhiteGate was shouting once again for ppl who needed Sky Abj's and what not.

So I remembered seeing a thread on someone who jacked them on another server. I in turn decided to see if I could pull it off.^^

I sent Vavian a /tell asking how much for Martial Abjuration Hands, he replied /telling me 2mil.

So i sent him a /tell saying ok 2mil good, but no trade gil till item drop to me, I'm a nice guy and dont wanna be cheated.

So he says ok about 2min later and says to go to Sky and send a /tell to Seeye. So I do, and when I get there Seeye invites me to his alliance.

Keep in mind this whole time im talking to them, im not spelling perfectly so they think im kinda stupid and dont suspect anything. The whole time im up in Sky I acted as if I had never been there.

They were all nice and told me stuff about sky lol. Anyways we went to Genbu pop spot. And Seeye /tells me trade 2mil now ok?

So I /tell him/her no Vavian said it ok not trade till item drop to me, I dont wanna be cheated. Im a nice guy.

So Seeye finaly says ok np. So they pop Genbu and kill him and on first time he drops the hands.

As soon as the hands drop and I casted lots Seeye was in my face tryin to trade me. I just kept telling him that no trade gils till item drop to me.

Finaly w/ my lil ol 348 lot they dropped to me. I told Seeye thank you, take care. and disbanded pt and took off lol.

All the RMT there started telling me "fuck you" "blacklist do you need it". So i said "GM do you need it?" And they shut up lol.

And thats how I jacked the RMT royaly!!

He didn't pay anything, just made them burn a pop set LMAO

Meh, I don't know. Didn't really pay for it but did steal the item.

They didn't burn a pop set, they got a stone to kill Kirin. If they get the money for the Abjuration that's just extra free cash they get. Probably made them mad but they don't really care either way their not going to use it and they could have a crafter making the cursed gear on the AH and still be make money off of you anyways. LOL
 
No money spent, lost opportunity for RMT for something they were going to do anyway. Not a big gain, but no loss either.

Cause genbu pop sets are hard to get. Grats on your free item, I prefer to earn my own stuff but good job I guess!
 
Yea i did gain the item, but my point was to see if it could be done as easily as i had read on the thread i saw awhile back. im glad i got them, but wasnt first priority.
 
In before bible thumpers lecturing us about ethics towards RMT.
 
sounds to me like you actually bought the item, but are just saying you stole to cover any questions of where you got it from.

that or RMT don't know how to do their jobs. but thats not as likely.
