Posting this on behalf of a linkshell member, Tulkus, who had his Ochiudo's Kote stolen by Joshiah.

Tulkus was shouting to sell it, and got an offer from this person Joshiah. During trade money was put in, Tulkus put in kote, and suddenly the money hit 0...... Joshiah claims he never put money in, and later also claimed by this quote:

"Joshiah<<< 75THF good at stealing"

Anyone that associates with him, or anything, please beware.

I am only going to give warning.. and anyone else that feels threatened by scum like this, please unleash your rage on him as well and have fun, mpk him and steal his drops if you party with him. I do apologize in advance if you associate with this person, maybe time to find some new friends. Take care.

No offense, but it's kind of you're friends fault for not noticing the money change. The trade systems is set up to prevent this kind of thing from happening. Still, it sucks that it happened.

Ummm, pushing trade with zero money in there. I really don't see a reason to say the other guy is a bad person for someone doing something stupid like that.
 
I intend to keep an eye on his name in game, and see what amusing unpleasantness I can inflict upon him. Should keep me entertained, at least on occasion.

And while it can be said that Tulk made a mistake in pressing OK before he saw the other party do so, let's be honest: There is risk in trading on either side. That's why people are expected to behave with some modicum of honor. And why people like Joshiah need to be lit on fire. ^^

Stealing kotes is being an assholes...besides the cash might have hit 0 just before tulk hit "O.K.". i guess there is not much you can do about it.

And even if it is kinda tulks own fault that guy was still being a complete ass....

Actually, no its not set up to prevent this, someone must Hit the OK first, EITHER end could be a victim with an item of this value.....

I don't care who is a dumbass or stupid and what not, take your bitching to a new thread.

There is no justifying stealing. End of story. Thats all I've posted here, is to watch out for this guy.

Maybe people should think twice as a community that one person can fuck themselves over if they want to play games. Remember, you piss off one person, you upset their linkshell... thats 15-50 people. They tell their friends, suddenly there is hundreds of people. I hope everyone just watches what they do, and if you see this person, know that he is a thief and now partly of what he has owns up to stealing.
 
The system is setup so that if someone changes what is being traded, then BOTH people's accept is cancled. So if your friend saw the money and hit accept, then the money was taken out, his accept would have been cancled. That's how it's designed to prevent this kind of thing from happening.

Take something off trade and it resets the OK, and you have to push it again.

If someone hates someone else, I don't and I know the rest of my LS members wont as well. See, I run a non-snobbish LS and that kind of elitist crap does not go on. If 15-50 people are pissed at someone for doing one thing to one person...then that person is better off with them all pissed, since they are all total snobbish faggots in the first place.
 
So what happens prior to accept, when you see both items?

If I push accept, and something is changed in the trade, I have to push it again to make the trade happen. You're friend who pushed it made a stupid mistake and that other guy got a damn good deal.

I said ONE person mad means a a group of people UPSET, I didnt say everyone would be mad/pissed.

Nor did I ask your opinion...but I got it. And since I'm not all stuck up it doesn't bother me personally like things seem to do to you.

While changing the items will reset the "accept" button... what if the money is shown and then taken away a half second before 1 party hits OK, then the scamming party immediately hits OK before the first has time to react?

Stupid mistake now?

dunno if it means anything or not but just saw him shouting in jeuno that hes selling them for 1.5mil
