Thats not really all that vague. If you're talking about worms, they don't apply as they have a permanent bind status, and will still cast spells on you.

I wasn't talking about worms. As a anything/nin about the only risk of taking any damage whatsoever is a mog getting off diaga.

Me and a friend duo'd Biast, by kiting him around the Outpost Rocks in Xarcabard, I kited while he did damage with magic (75BLU)

it was ridiculously easy, Biast had absolutely zero chance to do any damage to either of us unless we stopped for him to get into range, and if he did get into melee range and hit us, one lap around the rock put him far behind again due to the strange paths monsters take when chasing PC's

Nah, we claimed that day. Like I said, he aggroed a PH, got pummeled into the porcelain, and the RMT (being the Beckhamk/Ronaldos group) booted him from their group. Then he warped outta there.

Sorry if it upset you, but I know what I saw. At least ten other people from CST also saw it.
 
It doesn't upset me because there's 0% chance that this happened, not going to get myself bent out of shape over a BS story

Kiting, as much of a shitty and retarded tactic it is, isn't the same as completely abusing AI. Hell, while helping someone get seeds for BLM AF in Nest, me and Naibara found a glitch involving Bad Breath and pets. Doesn't mean we're going to go out and abuse it for our own gain.

There are a couple wall sections you can use in Batallia Downs to similar effect.
 
Seen a RDM/bst soloing Despot. Running around a river/hole half way between pincher and teleporter on main island. Forgot name and shell, as it was months ago. But he was flee hacking till some people stoped to watch, then started again when she thought no one was watching. GM never baned her, was probubly a gilseller shell.

Seen shells use that trick on faust a few times, usualy the shells that are unable to strait tank it. (weak tanks).

You could have had everone there stand on top of the rdm to make it hard for him to move. Wouldn't think standing where you want is against ToS. I'd only do that if it was a Gilseller soloing it.

Ok. Except using terrain advantages is seen as going against POL rules and taking advantage of weather isn't.

Monsters abuse the players more than we abuse the game. Aggro through doors? Climb up terrain where it's impossible? Attack from a seemingly impossible distance? (ok the last one might be somewhat untrue since it's related to the monster's position on the server which is not seen updated on the client due to the lag). And in some cases, after an awkward pull, just pop on top of the player?

It's only fair we abuse the monsters back :P
 
I completely agree with Kiki... in a game where you virtually can't solo anything cool like NM's or HNM's... if you can find a way to use the system to your advantage WITHOUT using 3rd party hack tools - game on.
 
yep, Ive been raped loads of times from monster abuse for example...

I fall down a hole in garliage and land on top of a rock there are mobs everywhere and my sneak and invis are wearing i chance it and i move only so slightly that a earth element aggroes and he hits me in yello then the undead aggro, then the bats aggro from my sneak gone...

TECHNICALLY not the games fault but my own that i had little room to recast my buffs and avoid aggro, like TECHNICALLY not the PC's fault the mob gets stuck on certain parts

but hey thats me >.> and kiki i am with you on that
