k.. take care guys dont let this thread go to your heads We all think we are the best, rightfully so, in our minds we are the best. Since when did camping sozu turn into rippin ppls dead mother and fathers and bringing in ppls children into the mix? Grow up guys i know we all have big egoes (sp?) mine included but maybe u should learn where to draw the line. You both lose imo (Vang and jona) keep beating eachother up.. verbally.. wtf guys.. i know i know, uve all heard it before, but its just a game some day your all gonna have to grow up (me included) and leave this game and actually be respectful to ppl in the real world. You earn your respect among your peers, and i may respect some of u as a player, but i dont respect any of u as a person. (and id ont mean any of u as in everyone, just easiest to say that ^^) Just my 2 cents, ill go back to my cave now. Sorry to drop a few lines on ya. Peace.

Don't put words in other peoples mouths. Sure, soloing is more than dot. But if it takes me 2 minutes to kill, and 2 minutes to rest, where a THF's stuck with 8 minute kills, whats that mean? Better soloing, as I'm downing two mobs to your one. Soloing is more than just "Not getting hit," what part of that doesn't make it through your eyes?

Monk Job Ability: Dodge. I'd say, with Relic Boots, it boosts by 20. Sure, still no where near a THF's evasion skill with traits, but it helps, especially on EP. I don't need to know how a THF solos, rather, not solos, but should I say farm. I don't consider soloing Easy Preys as soloing for Experience. Yes, Ni does indeed last pretty long on something that go as low as 13~ levels under yours. Welcome to how the game works. Your level 75 Evasion > Level 65 Accuracy. Congrats you figured that out.

And you'd be suprised how long a Monk can go on Ni(Especially on your shitty precious Easy Preys.) It's not like our evasions at Paladin and Mage level. 256 Skill at 75 does go quite a long way on EP mobs.

Also, you're sadly mistaken. Monks can do damage while casting. Why, hello there Counterattacks. How are you?
 
To add: Never have I been knocked down to orange from full HP by an Easy Prey mob in a very, very, long time. And you're shitting me if you think a MNK still couldn't out damage a thief while keeping ichi and ni up. You're hanging around really subpar Monks if you believe thats cannon.

I used an autofollow macro to widen my steal radius. As soon as sozu would pop, it'd autotarget him and I'd immediately start running toward him. That is, assuming it didn't lock a pot first. I don't see what flee would do even if you have it preprimed. By the time you react to it and realize where it is, it's claimed by a ranged instant. The room is big enough to not make chance of claim*chance of range*chance of win*chance of drop worth it in the long run with a mere steal while alone. I could see four thieves mopping the floor with that cell, but alone? I just see them getting lucky to have it spawn right in front of them. It ain't Valkurm Emperor. As soon as it pops, it's in range of someone, so there's little use in running.

that's the thing :) he is calling me a geek and i'm just acting the immature part of the name calling :D besides ;) I don't give a rats ass if it's seen as grown up or not, it's a pic of me portraying myself and my tongue ring, I don't have to act 'grown up' all the time, or else I'll turn out more of an asshole :D and I wont become that
