Here's the big thing scrubs.

Stealing is jacking a mob from someone else if it's flashed to unclaim for a moment, while asleep, or from lack of attacks while kiting.

What Kaizen did was quite the opposite of stealing. They waited for all of NH to wipe, because it was CFH'd on anyway, they had to so that they could get loot. Ontop of that they waited for it to regenerate to nearly full, instead of taking it as soon as CFH status wore off. Sorry that you guys don't get second chances, but honestly, the fuck up was yours. It's not like Tiamat did something out of the ordinary, screwing up your strategy. You don't get second chances in life, don't expect any in a video game.

1) they had no choice to wait until full. It wasn't full until about 90% or so.
2) they were still getting ready.. they weren't ready to take it yet cause they were strategizing or whatever (as far as I can tell from what they were saying)

they didn't "generously" do crap. They just happened to not claim it until it was full cause that's when they were ready. If it was 50% and CFH wore off and they were ready.. think they would have grabbed it? I certainly do. It would be less time for them to spend killing it and they could go sooner. By the way.. this whole "everyone is tired of your posts" shit where that everyone is meaning "me and like 2 other people" is dumb as hell. You wanna talk about annoying? you seem to want to post everywhere a debate starts happening and give your side. Hey Elemmire, you noticed about 6 months ago Valkyrs started going in to hunt items/gods at 7PM EST, right? You know their old time was 8PM, correct? Guess what! I don't get out of work until 9 PM! I was already late as it was when they started up. Going in earlier(and ending earlier) made it pretty pointless for me to go. And yes, some members did push me out of it because of the way they act.

Ascension then let it regen to 90% or so while waiting for CFH status to go off of it, and then they claimed and killed it.

....what's the problem? Shells wipe on these things because of mistakes, not because of lack of skill (in most cases). so NH made a mistake and wiped...ascension claimed after NH was dead, and they didn't make a mistake and killed tiamat. If that's stealing then i'm the queen of englad (i'll sign autographs later for you stupid people)

If you think wiping on an HNM because of a mistake like CFH gives you the right to save the NM like you saved a seat for your friend in school, you're wrong and stupid. Fucking up, whether you had it or not, doesn't give you the right to tell another shell ready to kill something to hold on while you reorganize and come back out. Whoever get's there first and doesn't fuck up gets the prize, this game has always been like that.

except your whole summary was wrong. Only one person in NH said it was stealing. The rest, starting from the second post, said it was not. And it was NOT a wipe. There was only about.. 5 or so dead.. the rest logged off or didn't have hate. The problems people have on our side is that Kaizen had all these chances to try the wyrms over and over again and don't seem to care to show any decency to give the same chances to other shells. Not just one try and "oh.. too fucking bad". They could have easily gone to another wyrm too if they really wanted. Sure they wanted Gaiters but they aren't common drops from what I can tell. Hell.. I agree with Nomar.. I don't care about the drops. They could have the pair of gaiters if they dropped... I just wanted to kill it. So many have this "omg the item is the only thing important about a God/HNN" idea. That's not how a bunch in NH feel. Some might but I know a lot that just want to do it for the fun of the fight. We were considering going through with killing it even in CFH mode but I'm sure Kaizen would have been extremely pissed cause of "wasted drops". And Skaw.. I haven't seen Valkrys start off (ya.. I know when they start usually cause I have a friend from outside the game in the shell after all... talk to him a lot when doing nothing or when I'm just curious what's up) and they haven't really started until 8pm most nights.. really only 7pm on Sunday as long as another LS doesn't start before them. Even so.. after 9pm EST I've seen them up there... all the way to 11pm EST. YOU COULD STILL GO HELP THEM BUT YOU DON'T. Haven't helped them since your break and then you claim that you have a "problem" with a member in the shell. Why don't you go when you get home from work atleast? I know I've seen them up there.. would it kill you to help em? Oh.. and I thought it was 100% (kinda like the crazy status for HNM now will be gone at 100%). I then confirmed I was mistaken so you and Tiya can go fuck off.

Why wouldn't I go and help outside of the people I don't get along with? Simply put, time. Get home at 9, shower and change, 9:30. Then take about 30 minutes to actually get there, and it's 10:00. So, waste all that time to get there, to stay for an hour? Such wonderful logic.

It's easier to just not go there and cause conflict with those I do not like than it is to waste all that effort to get there to do very little. But then again, I wouldn't expect you to understand that concept.

I kept showing up until it was no longer reasonable for me to do so. If the scheduling was the same I'd keep showing up. What part of that isn't entering that cinderblock head? I even kept showing up after getting little response to my requests for KS99s so I can get a black belt.

you said yourself that you had a problem with Valkrys. And even if it's a "Few select members" so what? You think other shells don't have people with problems with others in their own LS? ignore em.... blacklist em... whatever. Want KS99 going? sure it might take a few weeks even of trying to get people into it.. it's taken me a month to get members in the shell involved with other things that we don't normally do.. I just patiently wait until I have enough signed up for the event. I know Valkrys has a LS forum.. Start a thread there and get people to sign up.. keep reminding them... let them know you want this one thing. You claim you helped "enough" but in my opinion.. there is never an enough. Should be a continuence helping with each other unless one side demands too much from the other. I dunno.. but from what I can tell you wanted a lot. Got your God armor, abj, and you wanted to get KS99 going right there and then for 1 item you could prolly atleast buy off people that do Fafnir/Nidhogg and have no use for it anymore or something.. And yes.. mostly this entire thread I've been trying to piss you off just cause you started pissing me off. I would have been happy to stay quiet but when you said "make your LS look dumb".. that just pissed me off.
