KH3 trailer!

It's not technically KH3 trailer since no KH3 has been announced XD and this was posted in the KH2: Final Mix thread. Either way.. STILL UBER!!!!!! (and I hope to god that KH3 comes out)
 
ya cool video, but not trailer i think. its like the cool ass video at the end of KH1. is that Ansem? old ass
 
Ansem was really the old dood in the second one who wore read and had blond hair :P the guy who was Ansem in the first really wasn't Ansem, that was Xemnas or Xenoheart (I forget which XD cause they are like.. the same person but one's a nobody the other's a heartless or the original with both heart and soul and body together.. I forget).

I suspect it's prolly the father or something.
 
The scene is of the past, not the future. Showing the first Keyblade conflct, or at least part of it.
 
Hehe.. the interview with the creator of Kingdom Hearts said something like it was the past.. also the future.. lol
 
Is it me.. or did the knight that severly got his ass kicked (got frozen) look a lot like the blonde kid in KH2, only older?

Now.. In all honesty I have yet to play KH2, so I know nothing of the story and new characters. I've seen bits and pieces since when the game came out I lived with roomates and one had bought it, played it a bunch. I didnt keep up because I want to play it someday as well, however I still have to get around to beating the first KH >.>; I got stuck on that game and kind of just quit playing it altogether. I really wish I had beat it back then.
 
Yep, looks like Sora/Roxas got FREEZE 2'ed. I was waiting for him to crumble in shards as he fell, but he didn't so he's not dead yet.

Thx for pointing this out Mara. I was just reading Tetsuya Nomura's message encouraging japanese players to unlock this secret trailer and he said it was worth it. Looks like he was right.

I'm assuming it takes place in the past, before Xenohart turned all crazy. His hair is white when we see a brief picture of him in KHII. Which leads me to believe that he may have been taken over/possessed by the old dood. Just a thought.

Anyway, to clarify for you Ele SPOILERS FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T PLAYED KHII!!!!!!:

Ansem the Wise is an older man with graying hair and pale skin. He had an assistant named Xenohart (WHO HAS MYSTERIOUS ORIGINS OMG) who took their research 'into the heart' a little seriously. He cast Ansem the Wise into the darkness and took his name, Ansem, and then experimented on the lower research staff (which happen to be some of the Organization XIII members).

Xenohart, now Ansem, turned into a heartless to get to Kingdom Hearts. He keeps using the name Ansem. His Nobody, created a little while after he turned into a heartless, only knew his original name was Ansem. So, after adding an X, he became Xemnas.

Curiously, if you rearrange the letters in Xenohart's name you can get 'No Heart' and 'Another.'

Hmm...
 
Hehe, each of the Organization XIII characters were their names + an X in the name :P

and I knew all that, Alyada but the interview from the creator of Kingdom Hearts said that the secret scene could be taken as the past or the future.. it's really weird.. lemme see if I can find the quote :P

A.I actually have a solid idea on what the movie’s setting will be in my head. In the previous game’s secret movie, I wasn’t even sure if I would be making a sequel or not, so some parts of it were quite vague. But this time I already have an idea my head where I think “This is it.”

Q.Did that scene happen in the future or in the past?
A.I would at least say it’s an episode in the past, but…. Hmm, how should I say this? It’s in the past but you can also think it’s in the future, something like that.

so a flashback/time travel type thing where the characters find themself more than just viewers, they are in the action. so while its the current time to them, the future in the KH world, they are thrown into a real reinactment of the past. and knowing sora, he wouldnt just stand by and let it all go down...
just my theory.

I'm with the "history repeating itself" theory. The "bad guys" (i assume they're the bad guys) win out in the end, and then everything eventualy goes back to normal anyways after X time. Now its all happening again, and Sora says "balls to that" and goes off to stop it.

I beat kh2 on expert mode 1st time that video was interesting enough..

With this whole weird time paradox thing you know what I say............







Final Fantasy VIII - Time compression...Sounds like the same general concept :D
 
ok so I watched the movie and it just screams FF8 in that video that whole video reminded me of opening Seifer v Squall opening vid. Anyone else get that feeling?
 
not really :P this had a lot more awesome where as FFVIII had a lot more suck. And I hope it's not really a time paradox. Maybe it's just reoccurring history?

FFVIII opening video was one of the most awesomest things back then...

I still love that video..
