Age and maturity are two vastly different things. I know mature 8 year olds and immature 40 year olds. Being a certain age physically doesn't mean you behave the same age mentally. Thinking otherwise is just being ignorant. Obviously Crocker isn't mentally developed despite being 19 or whatever he is. It's a good laugh for us but at the same time, he really needs some help and isn't getting it from any of his "loved ones".
