And um...we are normal people and if your going to express an opinion that's all fine and dandy but you need to have a little more backup then saying that it's a fact. I mean...why is it a fact? Where is it written?

If you were to tell me that IRC§704(b) discussed the Determination of a distributive share then I'd at least be able to look it up and be like "oh yeah...it is." Gotta have detail. I know your a "kid" so you say (Hell I know plenty of mature 15-20 year olds who don't consider themselves just kids) but surely by now you should know how to make a decent argument.

Well then you could almost say in a way we're trying to save you. Don't ever go believe everything you hear or read is fact. Look things up and find evidence before you convince yourself everything is 100% true.

Don't blame me because we consider a 17 year old girl mature enough to decide if she wants to have sex. There is a clause in Texas law that states:

It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that
the actor:
(1) was not more than three years older than the victim
and of the opposite sex; and

(2) did not use duress, force, or a threat against the victim
at the time of the offense.

However, with girls like Littlen representing the EU I don't think it's in the best of human interest that the gene pool should be continued

as i said before i didn't think this was a court lol, if i wanna make my arguments like that then im gonna start thinking QCDN is a court <.< and i'd rather that not happen because forums arnt meant to be nice, where people help each other out

"Ganging up on a little kid?" Seriously? How about correcting someone who is obviously wrong and perfectly content to keep passing along the wrong information because so and so told you so. If you want to walk around your life being a total moron, you go for it. But that's YOUR choice, and not the responsibility of the big bad mob who actually know wtf they are talking about. People in general, not just QCDN, don't like people who talk shit like they know everything and try to tell people who are correct that they are wrong.

Here's a lesson you'll learn: Life's going to be real tough if you think mommy and daddy and everything you might have heard when you were 8 is "fact." If you think we're being hard on you... wait until you're in the workplace and you try to pass off some of this BS as "fact" to the wrong person and see how long you're employed.

It doesn't have to be a court unless you make it one. You made it one by starting an argument. Once you start an argument all these nerdy blood seeking dweebs (mean that with love) will make sure they tell you if your wrong and be sure to back what they say up. I've been told up many times and I like to think of myself as a better fag for it. :)

Littlen, you chose to take on the boards as a whole, its not like we all made a thread to go bash you.

If i stand in the middle of a shopping mall screaming to everyone that the world is flat, i will receive similar responses, maybe that will help you understand what is going on here.
