This post will be in response to all of your posts regarding what you feel is the appointment of incompetent moderators, poor management of the site, unfair justice.
Morwen and Myrrh were made mods of the End Game Discussion board which was ultimately decided by Arctyrael in the end. I requested that he spearhead planning which mods would be taking certain forums to watch over since I was busy with things. I had to help a family member move, so I knew that I would be away for a few and not focusing on certain issues with enough clarity as I should have. The reason we have co-administrators now is so that when one is away, the other can pick up the slack. That is what happened. Crying "no discussion" makes no sense really since the rate up that I gave to you was, "
Hey, Arc headed the mod updates, not me. ;p Rep downs hurt my feelings. 
". The job of moderators are to watch, act, and report. We will see everything they do and if we feel it was done out of spite, we'll reverse it. Would it be wise for someone to know the ins and outs of end-game to be the one modding the board? I'm not going to disagree, it would make sense for that. Am I confident that Myrrh and Morwen have enough experience? At this point I can say yes. If they show poor moderator qualities in the future then we will discuss appointing new moderators for that board. If this is truly about you wanting to be a moderator for QCDN, I can easily say that it will never happen on these boards. The reasons why will be revealed later on.
Now, poor management of the board is something that slightly irks me. I personally think that we have done an outstanding job taking QCDN for what it was, and changing it to what it is. Sure the board has strayed away from being an FFXI only board but it's like you said. We have to listen to the masses and decides what is good right? There is no harm in extending certain boards to get more discussions. I have personally not heard many complaints regarding the board. I do enjoy hearing feedback from my users, however, when it comes to something trivial that is brought up by the same person every month...it does seem like there is some personal spite that they aren't sharing. It was like Diabollos (sp) said earlier in the thread. Nobody was expressing extreme disdain in the appointment of moderators except you.

If anyone is going to just read part of this post, this is it. You constantly speak of injustices, unfair decisions, and wrongful actions on the moderators in the past. I keep thinking to myself why you feel this way. A story about myself...when I was younger, and I had my first boyfriend...I always thought that he was out cheating on me when we weren't together. The reason for that is because I was usually cheating on him. So I thought that he was doing all the bad things just like I was! Now what does this have to do with anything about QCDN you ask? I think this picture will sum it up pretty much.
I recently came into this information yesterday when I was given permissions to view moderator actions. When we first changed the boards and upgraded to 3.7, there was an issue with visitor messages...It seemed that any type of moderator (even those for private boards) were allowed to edit them! I say to you, does it not seem tragic that
you as a moderator of the private forums edited people's comments fully knowing that it was something that should not have been able to be done? I say the irony is that with all your supreme justice talk and righteous speaks about fair treatment...you go and do exactly the opposite. The best I can say now is that since I have just found out about this recent moderator
abuse that I am instructing the rest of the staff to keep an eye on you. Yes, I did just say it. You are going to be closely monitored here on QCDN now since it is obvious that you enjoy exploiting bugs and abusing powers as a moderator in a time where if you were a user who were truly concerned for the well being of the site would have spoken to us. I am extremely tempted to create a new usergroup for you that will disable reputation, block certain boards from you, and give you basically only access to the Private Linkshell area...but I will refrain. I know you were usually on the side of screaming that user X be banned or stripped of certain rights, but after this post I do think that may flop.
Truthfully...in the past I did my best to keep you on good terms and keep you on this site, but after this bombshell that I just found I don't think we should be pampering you or even remotely trying to fulfill your wishes.
