I was in 6th grade when Curt Cobain "killed himself", and as far as all that nickelodeon stuff... I remember that too, but I was probably in middle school as well at the time of most of those cartoons/tv shows XD

oh god, the woody woodpecker laugh is like ingrained into anyone that ever watched that

By your power combined

and this....

youtube didn't have the opening for it ; ;

oh people.......

time to up the anti. who remembers this spin off from the makers of thundercats? (and the space questions at the end of each episode);)

the Bionic 6 was another one of my faves.

Omg Eli... yes!

What about Gem? Does anyone remember that cartoon? >.>

*laugh* I can completely imagine you watching that. Gem was always the "OMG OMG turn it off!" cartoon after whatever guy-friendly show we had been previously watching.

How about 15 minute long Nintendo commercials?

oh and how about when toonami actually had cartoons worth watching?

<-Fixed this link >.>

And why is this not up?

Good lord Sabs, maybe it's a regional thing, but I loved all of those as a kid.

Here's one!

You like totally missed out >.>

This is another show I used to love...

Not as old but equally as cool :)

Not old, but fucking worth remembering.

WHERES THE HELL ARE MY DVDS AT CARTOON NETWORK?!

If it was ever to be picked back up again(as slim as that may be,) I hope it would be by Williams Street. Adult Swim would do wonders for the show, since it was clearly aimed more towards the 18-24 demographic than kids, and was wasted in the Toonami time slot. I just hope Cartoon Network learned that if a show contains a majority of references to the late 80s/early 90s and casts Bruce Campbell as a reccurring character, to not waste it by airing it in a block that targets 7-12 year olds so that a tragedy such as Megas XLR's cancellation can be avoided..
