Playonline issues after update

ok so after the update i was mysteriously unable to log into playonline, it kept telling me my password was wrong, ok doesn't really make sense but whatever, i have my account locked in fear of being hacked and call POL and get it reset, after waiting till after work to have my account unlocked i'm able to get online last night and play...

this morning i'm able to log in ok as well and i play until work.. i specifially stay logged in and go to work, come home to find i'm logged out and it says "disconnected from playonline" and hey look at that my NEW password which i just changed today doesn't work again...

what the fuck is going on? am i the only one this is happening to?

Welp...thanks to sqenix and their infinite wisdom I essentially just quit the game...

backstory...

for some reason on monday after the update i was unable to log into my account. Somehow my password was changed, since i had to go into work early on tuesday i could not call so it had to wait till wednesday to call, i was able to log in wednesday night and thursday morning and stayed logged in all throughout the day, i came home last night to find i was logged out of pol and that my password was changed again...

So i call today and squenix tells me that someone else is claiming the account was hacked from them so now i have to fill out a notary form

therein lies the problem...some of you know that i am not the original tokash, around 2006 or so i took over the account when it only had 72 blm, the account was given to me by marioni and i gladly filled the role and then some

so unless i can somehow get in contact with marioni and get him to fill out the notary form for me this will have to be my farewell to FFXI...

i love how 5 75's, millions of gil worth of gear and 500+ hours of playtime can be shot to hell in a week over a failed account system
