lotting for looks = meh

though sky gear in genral not just the osode is not sololy given to a person because it is better suited for that person <play big part though> ALot of the desision are made by the dedication of the member. If a person was to just gone up and just stop coming to sky because he wanted to lvl anouther job then he does not deserve the osode more then a person that been there the who time. I would rather see a rng that is dedicated get it over a ninja that come when he feel like.
