How I did it.
1. Capped Enhancing Magic Skill.
2. Capped Enfeebling Magic Skill.
3. Capped Elemental Magic Skill.
The Battle Begins.
Arriving at the Burning Circle I popped a melon for the INT bonus. Food stays with you after you enter the circle so its best to do it outside.
I ran in, didn't cast any buffs on myself. And I hit my sleep 2 macro. But he had blink up and it just absorbed it. So then I hit my sleep macro it landed! I quickly popped a yagudo drink and ran to the other side of the circle. From there I started to enfeeble him. First I bound him. Stuck. Then Paralyze. Stuck. Then Silence. RESISTED. Then he woke up and started to cast Blizzard II on me, it was then i realized I forgot my own buffs. As he casted blizzard on me i reslept him taking the damage from blizzard still. After he was slept again I casted bind. Stuck. Silence. Stuck. Then gravity. Stuck. After this I used blink and casted stoneskin. He awoke. But was still bound so I simply reslept him. Then recasted bind. I popped two hi-ethers.
Phase 1 complete.
At this point I had yet to do any damage to him.
I started off with the sleep bind nuke method. After three successful nukes. He Chainspelled, and became unsilenced at the same time. Luckily he only casted poison before I was able to resleep him. My blink and stoneskin had saved me. I had casted bind. Resist. Then I tried silence. Resist. He woke up and came swinging. Took out my stoneskin. Layed somewhere around 300 damage to me. Luckily my blink was able to absorb his hits. So I reslept him. Bind. Stuck. I popped about 4 potions and one X potion. Hit my chainspell.
Phase 2. Complete.
Took him down to about 65% With Water II doing about 320dmg each.
First I casted blinked and stoneskin. I let off 3 Water 3. The reslept him and rebound him. I popped about 15 mulsums, and went back to it. Dropped about 2 more. When he became unbound. He hit me a few times, and let off 2 asuran fists before I was able to resleep him. Quickly I popped my vile elixer. A few mulsums and 2 X potions. Chainspell ended.
Phase 3 Complete.
He was at about 30%
I was still low on Hp at this point, real low. I had somewhere around 400, and with Maat that aint much. I casted two cure 4s which more or less depleted my MP. Then I realized I forgot to bind him. Bind. Stuck. I quickly converted tossed myself 2 more cure 4s. He was no longer silenced and when he awoke tossed me a bio and and a thunder 2. I took the damage from it and reslept him. I then was able to rebind him and casted water3. He took the damage. I casted sleep2. Resist. He hit me with a stone 3. I now had around 100 HP. He had about 5%. Then I slept him. Stuck. With a final blow I hit my water 3 macro, and it was one dead Maat.

His death.
I finished that battle at 8 minutes 32 seconds. With 112 HP and 367 MP.
