Yeah, on the left column theres an article about Maat and that jp with all jobs at lvl 75. This seems to confirm that you indeed do need to beat Maat at all 15 jobs to get the hat. >.> <.<

confirmed on bahamut that only 3 at 75 and the others are around mid 60s

you have to read the article carefullly. it doesnt say you need all jobs at 75.

Right. The only Condition to get "Beyond the Sun"(Maat Cap Quest) is simply defeating him as all jobs(According to MysteryTour.)

I've brought this up to some people I know.

While he does ask for a testimony, regardless of job level after you've beaten him, it's unknown wether or not his level would scale down so far so that you can beat him like that.
