I have never used this but I have heard its pretty damn good, has anyone tried it? Opinions?

you're gonna have to test with the new nyzul ws and a specific build for the WS.
Since the nyzul ws is unaffected by base dmg people have been considering holy bolt spam on the crossbow but i have yet to see any testing to see if it is workable in any situation.

look at its base dmg and you tell me. yeah the delay is low but......

If anything, this would be the only use. Since the new WS isn't weapon DMG based, holy bolt spam would be decent.

The idea is that it might be good because Trueflight deals damage regardless of the weapon's base damage. So you'd just make a MND and MAB build, and spam holy bolts and Trueflight.

Would be quite an interesting thing to see happen, if it turns out to be practical in serious fights.

I use it a lot soloing. Works great with Kirin Osode the +10 Int gives a boost to BB drain and holy bolt spam. It has the highest DPS out of all the xbos also. Only b/c of the low delay. The new mythic xbow comes real close to beating this one in DPS.

I've run across this idea before but has anyone seen testing to make it worthwhile? It would be okay in theory but it would have to be at least as good as a hellfire/ebow to be worth lugging around extra gear for.

If it could even match typical numbers from a usual set up I imagine it would be ideal since a good chunk of your damage will be hate-free.

And it'd rock on HNMs and such where magic is the only real way to hurt them
