i was wondering is there a # where you have to much enfeb magic or to much elemental magic? is there a point where it just stop having effect?

I don't believe there's a point where you can have too much of a stat, though there does seem to be a point of diminishing returns on many. There is a difference between those two cases. Couldn't really tell you how much of what stat at any level accomplishes it, though.

It really depends on what you're fighting. Enfeebling and Elemental magic skill lessens your resist rate. At L75 with capped Skill, you're very unlikely to get resisted on a L1 wabbit (although it can happen), less likely to get resisted on a VT exp mob, and (depending on the spell) very likely to get resisted on a HNM.

Increasing your skill by using skill equipment should lessen your resist rate, but in general you'll be sacrificing some spell strength, as full skill gear generally has a lot less MND/INT.

Its like a melee skill, higher the skill, higher the acc.
Use warlock tabard, and enfeebling torqe, and thats all you should need for +enfeebling, tho enfeebling earring and that +4 enfeebling hat is also nice for end game (gods, HNM... etc).

And yes, its worth putting merits into.

When I cast Blizzard III, my stats are best because I use the Ice Staff.

Int = 103 and Elemental Magic Skill =288

I Still get resisted at times in xp parties. I also Have a Moldavite Earring for Magic Attack Bonus as well. The only things I could actually upgrade are:

Knowledge Ringsx2 -> Genius Ringsx2
Red Cape +1 -> Sapient Cape (which would be -1 Mnd and Int, but also -2(?)enmity)
Morion Earring -> Morian/Phantom Earring +1
I have all the elemental staves, but none are HQ.

To my knowledge (which can be somewhat limited at times) those are the only upgrades I need untill 71, unless you count the Tomas Ring.

I got resisted on a burst a coulpe of Days ago in Den of Rancor.

Skillchain was Light and I was Doing Aeroga III for 1100-1300 damage. Then they pulled a puck as we were out of Tormentors. I Mbursted Aeroga III for 88 damage. I suppose Puck is Strong Vs. Wind. Very Strong.
