Just a quick question, what are the caps for craft levels after you have 1 @ 100? I've heard it's 60 but I'm not sure.

Don't know if anyone noticed this but skill seems to cap @215 now

I'm a level 40 job, skilling up an A+ skill on a level 40 monster. My skill is 3 levels below cap. If I equip an earring that gives +3 to that skill, will I still get skillups? Or will I have to remove the earring to get those last 3 levels?
