At the following time, we will be performing FINAL FANTASY XI maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

We ask that players who are scheduled to enter Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance wait until it is complete before entering. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

To address minor issues like corsair not having dispel, puppets being too inexpensive, and blue mages being dramatically underpowered.

I am pretty sure they'll Patch the PUP thing in a while if not sooner. Just to keep the xbox players happy :3 Imma laugh pretty hard when they do, because people were way too impatient.

I think the "minor issues" is the enemy forces growth rates in ToAU. At this rate, we'll never see a besieged as long as someone is killing Mamool Ja, Trolls, Lamia/undead. The forces either grow too slow, or deplete too fast. It takes two hours to get about 10% Forces, but about 20 minutes of casual killing to knock it back to 0.

Plus, I wouldn't call puppetmaster inexpensive(Personal opinion or not) when most of the craft-only parts are up for 200-500k. These are also the parts that really matter too, like Strobe "Provoke", Pattern Analyzer's gradual Accuracy increase, Flashbulbs.. uh, Flash.

Maybe they will fix the refresh you can get with sanctions. I decided to try it out last nite just to see how good or horrible it was going to be. Well lets just say the refresh was non existant.

the Regen and Refresh take effect when you are <50% of your respective stats.

It's helpful in EXP PTs and general activity, but not when you're just standing around doing nothing.

However, the Regen is really retarded. Melees, get the food duration buff. Mages, get the Refresh.

I have more then 900 mp and tried getting myself down to less then 400 mp and stil no refresh from it just to test it out. I tried to see if there was a way to get it to work but it was just non-exitant altogether.
