I would 100% agree with the moderation staff, if not for one missing element. Below is post #3 and #16. The only difference being, Dej wouldn't go even if it was free. These posts are the missing element in that they haven't been deleted. Is it because they weren't reported? If that's why, is it that Deja's was selectively reported because he's Deja?

I agree 100% that Deja digs his own hole a lot. And I agree, in this case it could be trolling cause I have no reason to believe he'd have posted if Miros didn't post it. But that shouldn't justify Miros' choosing to report his post and the staff/liaisons not also marking the other posts considering they have the same content. It makes it apparent that this is beyond simply moderating. It's flat out apparent (though I'm not claiming unearned) bigotry towards Dejavu.





Deja, you should come to expect it. And though you're trying to be a martyr, I think a lot see villain. And assessing yourself as an ass justifies it. Expect the same situations to keep on happening until you get banned, unless you adjust your habits. Not saying you can't give your opinion, just try some tact, if not for caring at least to not scare away your potential audience.

Staff/Miros, Deja gets under your skin. No one can discount that in the slightest. But two wrongs don't make a right? You can't expect to look like the good guys when you aren't consistent. Maybe this is why people wind up bitching and complaining. Say what you will about me always coming to defend Dejavu, but I see a lot of that in you guys with each other. Let Deja rot if you guys can nonbiastly moderate him into permaban. This has not been an example of being nonbiast.

Ultimately I would like to see the feud end. And hopefully, in a civil way that isn't the result of handing out bannings. I have faith, perhaps foolishly, that this can happen. I know you all are capable of behaving like decent mature human beings.

This is probably the most reasonable post in this thread. Honestly, had it been anyone else who said that I don't think any of the mods would've cared. Also if Miros hadn't been the OP then Deja probably wouldn't have posted either. But even if thats just because he did it, I'm not really seeing what uproar is about with the first post. The post shouldn't have been deleted, but Deja should've probably PMed Make after the first deletion rather than repost right away.

Also it would seem if you just admitted that you banned garvin for next to no reason and if that is the case i would like to know why we have the system of points in the first place... Perhaps you need to be more diligent in your wording? Saying you don't like him and that's 'why' you saw a post as trolling, is not making a clear representation of your following rules..

Oh damn it appears the great Miros has put a target on my back i guess i should be scared shitless right now. I actually don't have a problem with you... at all. I have had an issue with some of the things you have done in the past but not you personally.

I stopped using support and feedback because that forum is a fucking waste of time. There are no actual conversations. It comes down to this is what we decided... thread locked. Bringing posts like this to the flameboard is the only way i have ever gotten anything done and like Pavlov's dogs i have been trained well to go straight to what works.

No one forces you to read or respond to my posts of these supposed conspiracy theories and the few times that i have actually posted things that are conspiracy theories i normally discount them myself and add that it is not a bad thing to look at them objectively because almost everything has a shread of truth.

As to the post in question specifically. I did not respond specifically because you were the one posting... to be honest i respond to most posts in that section as it is the section of the site that most fits my interests.

To mod team, I have np with you guys. I am quite aware of how this site works and you guys own this site. You are in your ever right to run it how you want whether it be fair or not and anyone who has a problem with how you run your site can leave. Its really that simple but to suggest there is no favoritism is a lie. A better approach if you want to stop people from critizing the mod team is to just say "We own and run this site. Get over it. If you dont like it leave." By saying there is no favoritism you set yourselves up for the constant criticism because there is whether you would like to admit it or not, whether you mean to or not, there is favoritism. It is a fact.

To be frank, you have absolutely no idea how this site is run. There is an "in crowd", you better believe. Its the crowd of people that don't have infractions. You get an infraction on your account, you lose some of your lieniency with me. Its a standard process i go though whenever a report is made.

To Deja: I'm sorry you got reported and got caught trolling so you think you have to go on some crusade to try and point out how every post is "trolling". It isn't going to happen. I'm sorry you don't feel like they were trolling, because they may actually be your opinion, but as said before, not all trolls are intentional. If i had thought it was intentional you would have gotten an infraction. I see now i probably should have just given you the infraction, but now i know which road to take next time i have to deal with you.
