How often do you get hit when you BLM ODS? Same strategy. 3 BLMs nuke, 4th times sleep to land after the -ga's, repeat.
You dont do it with 30 mobs. you'd do it with 5-6 consitantly.

And pretty much what Mara said. I'm not BLM expert or something, but I've seen parties cannon Spinners just fine, clearing the entire hill in three pulls max, so I know that it at the very least has been/is done.
 
Just dia their mobs while their bard sleeps them, then watch as it proceeds to rape its way though a Bard, then a warrior, then the white mage, then they team up to quickly kill off the rest of the party :)

They deserve it, melees disgust me in ways that make violent.

Not all the non-manaburn parties that come there pull like that though. There's some lately that actually stop and camp and have the thf or something go out to pull. It'd turn yellow when the mob stopped to cast and we could steal then, but it's not nearly as effective as getting the party slaughtered. Best we could really do was wait them out and /cheer as the inevitable firaga 3 went off.

-That- makes sense, but Ish was making it sound like BLMs were able to train a fuckton of mobs at a time, you know, since we're so uber. lol. That would still likely be less exp/hr than Flan's, but I'll try it out anyways. Thanks for the calm, cool, collected response, Mara.

Somewhat off topic, but most relic WSs suck, due to shitty mods. The only two that are good (I think) are Mercy Stroke (dagger) and Tachi: Kaiten (GKT), which both have 60% STR mods.

Yeah, killing 1 mob at a time without stopping > killing a bunch and then resting for a half hour to get MP back. (stop doing shit and PT with me sometime damnit shyrra)

Any party without a BRD pulling (or a BRD at all) deserves to be MPKed.

Yes, only the gimps who take down DL, or kill kirin in under 3 minutes, or do anything impressive in endgame need bards. Riiiiiiiight.:nyam:

Telling BLM that we don't need your help/invites because we can cannon/solo things, then taking the best cannon/solo camp for yourselves when its way worse for you? I don't get it.

The way I figure it, yeah, theres more camps for melees.

But theres also a lot more melees than there are Black Mages. Do the number of camps that Melees can successfully party at sate the number of Melees around compared to Black Mages? You can't just tell someone to go party somewhere else simply because the mob types vs. party structure are at a slight fault, because those other camps might just be full.

Don't takes this as a condescending statement, but rather, you have to take in those numbers as well. While there may be "twenty times more camps," are there more than twenty times more melee jobs than Black Mages trying to get EXP as well?

If theres no parties there in the first place, why not exp on them if theres no better choice.

Last night I had the priveledge of being camped on by a JP party. I was only planning on sticking around for 30 more minutes or so anyway, so it really wasn't that big of a deal. But, as this isn't the first time this has happened to me, all manners are going out the window on this camp. If I see a melle camp here, and I want it, I'm taking it. No questions asked. No friendly /tells. No nothing. Just me, killing your mobs.

Sad thing is, for the time I actually stuck around, I was soloing puddings equally as fast as that party.
