mandatory password resets?

title may be a little misleading, but I saw a little while ago something to the extent of SE resetting passwords under 8 characters

if this actually happened, how do you find out what they reseted your password to?

Passwords for both my accounts were originally under 8 characters, but when I logged in I got prompted with a password change box. They let you do it right there.

Yeah I had to do the same thing. My password was 7 letters long -_-;

I used to play davio a long time ago and we were looking for his info, and can't figure out what his password was

my email and stuff are still attached to the account but the credit card and stuff is different so can't reset it
