He didn't condone it, but he also didn't invite us to help. My flag was up, we had 24 people there since it was post tier IV. I told the popper to drop multiple times to let us use THIV for him, and so we wouldn't have our time wasted.

I honestly couldn't believe they did that.

They instead decided to say QQ instead of accepting the help. That's why i went after the weakest link. Dark didn't drop, didn't stop fighting, didn't have his ls invite for help. Guilt by association.

To be honest, while a shrewd business tactic, I don't see much wrong with someone buying and reselling currency to get a relic faster. If Lunacie stopped buying coins from his own shell at a discount after getting the relic, this practice would of saved the linkshell coins in the long run (What's better for the shell, giving 100 discounted coins that are resold and turned into 150 coins at other people's loss, or giving 150 discounted coins?)

If Lunacie was still buying coins after getting the relic just to make personal cash, then yeah, it's just screwing over the linkshell.

How does a Mandau benefit a dynamis linkshell exactly? I don't see how this process would benefit the shell at all unless losing money is somehow a benefit.

It doesn't, but the fact is the linkshell seemed to have a policy of selling discounted coins to members pursing a relic, and the issue being raised is selling the coins at a higher price.

The issue of weather linkshells should help their members obtain relics in the first place is a different argument than what's being covered in this thread.
 
I don't get whats wrong here, even if he turned around and sold Dynamis Heretics coins, for more then he got them, It still went to fund the Mandau. Isn't that the reason the coins are sold for less, to assist members in getting their relic? Get back to me on that question, and don't ignore it like most will.

Selling coins, and using the profit for other needs, is a completely different story, but that's not what he did.

Why you dragged ReUnited into this, I have no idea. As far as I'm concerned, the two shells are not connected in any way.
 
To add to my post, the runs are paid out of the bank. And no one else buys the coins, so it's not like he's screwing over anyone else.

ReUnited was the shell that Ninja popped right under us and was the reason this whole fight began, Lunacie just happens to be in that shell.

I don't really agree when shells that are dynamis ONLY upgrade their members to relics when the other members have to pay an entrance fee. I can understand when its a shell that does multiple endgame things such as dynamis, HNM, einherjar, ZNM where upgrading a member to a relic will help out but when its just a dynamis only shell upgrading its members then thats just dumb imo.

I don't mean any offense but when are you going to stop judging other people about what they have, how they play the game and start enjoying this game for yourself a bit?

And what's so wrong with a linkshell selling currency to their members with a discount so they can sell or trade it for the right currence helping to finish their relic faster?

Normally its wrong to do, because you can make alot of money off your shell. But when doing it to support his relic, I see no harm done.

I don't understand how if your LS sells you coins at a discount, coins you probably need, selling them back for a "profit" gets you your relic.

If you get cheap coins, why would u sell them for more, to buy coins back? It's basically taking gil from your LS that is being generous in my eyes.

I'm guessing you all decided on an order for it to be done like one after another then lun went out of turn?

not commenting on the latter part as it's still kinda fishy and I'm still thinking that one

We were killing our Tier 2's, killed 1 and were sorting out lots so we weren't popping 1 right after another. And then to our surprise out of no where, an interestingly geared BLM, Balae i think, just pops it outta no where and kites it back to where ReUnited was farming Zeni( or so it looked like ).

They clearly saw we were killing the ZNM, not a word spoken to them or from them, they just popped it as audino was walking towards it.

We were at Iriz Ima(thats the ZNM we were popping) alone, we killed one and were waiting for the ??? to repop so I was standing over it and as soon as it went up I asked my ls if I should pop it. Just then ReUnited ran up and popped it and then we got pissed because we were clearly all there waiting to pop another so we started a fight. Something happened when they kited it didn't really see wasn't over there and then the fight began.
