It does seem like a way to regulate hate by constantly stealing hate from a high risk mage or DD every minute but not enough reason to let thf do anything vs anything that's an HNM.

Ya I read it had a 1 min recast last night before I went to bed. That could be handy.
 
In campaign battles, summoner buffs go to everyone within area of effect with allied tags, regardless of them being in your party or not.

I noticed that today, thats pretty cool.

I think the Beatmen Zones can qualify as Merit Zones as well. Lots of mobs, all are T - VT, Multiple floors roaming room, etc. I'm 75 ...

I agree with this, tough yagudos in castle ostroja, which I easily solo'd on PUP. A merit party should do like on puks there.
 
Don't think the rune chopper will go all the way out of site might still see some wars use it. Not me I prefer my byakko/perdu but maybe others.

T yagudos on the first floor, VTs on the 2nd floor and VT-IT on 3rd floor and there are ALOT on each floor. Depending on pop times on these things each floor could possibly support more than one merit party.

I have not tested it in Beseiged. I just discovered it last night and found it amusing that I was able to Healing Ruby II 18 people killing Adamantfist and give them Hastega XD.
 
nice, that would help a lot since it'd be a good hate tool and gives them a chance to recover somewhat for a few secs
 
nice, looks way better than merzaq as far as looks go
 
Has a higher DPS than the Mez too, it's just lacking that Str buff. Mezraq has already plummeted from 1.8-2mil to 600k in price.

/cry... plus my synth for new polearm failed and I lost the lumber last night. Ah well, wait for mezraq to sell and I can try again, or go logging for a few hours.
 
Just wait a few weeks before selling it, should go back up at least a little. Or so I hope.
 
Hmmm...wonder if other things work in campaign as aoe (bard songs for example).
 
Ships leaving Aht Urghan Whitegate are now fixed and don't glitch. Joy...
