Well I would assume it's the same for Bastok. First place I'd check is where the rank mission giver stands in the present.

I have another question and don't want to start another thread.

How do we get our nation to attack an area? Sandy is in control of our own areas and we easily defend them, it would be nice if we could get some NPC's to help attack Rolanberry Fields. I saw one post where a guy thought that you got an NPC for every non-campaign beastman killed in that zone. It would be nice to try that by getting a few Iron Rams together to kill some quadavs.

I've seen NPC's in Rolanberry before, apparently they all show up through the back by CN and get massed raped before anyone can get to them. Most i've seen in Rolanberry helping defend though is me and like 5 other people against a fucking army of quadavs, hell today we spent over two hours trying to pull the main boss without linking the other 50 NM's and failed horribly numerous times.

One by one everyone ended up leaving, and I soon followed after wasting half of the charges on my reraise hairpin. I went to Batallia, which by far has the easiest campaign battles imo(20-ish npcs and I defended against one wave of 10 Orc blms and then the battle was over) just one of the longest waits for the npc's and NM's to arrive. But yeah, some help in Rolanberry would be great lol.

Orcs are only easy because they've been getting their collective asses handed to them. Which lowers their Morale and Prosperity, which in turn, reduce their power and numbers. Quadavs are finally starting to go down. Not sure how long it'll last with people failing to pull the fort in Rolanberry, but Yagudo are still full power, and running through Windurst with historical accuracy.

edit: Nevermind, Quadav are back to full now.

Also, does anyone know why the Orcs that attack East ronfaure have Elvaan blm's on their side? I didn't really think about it until today so I don't remember if was a shadow or not, but I got caught in it's sleepga II and then got one-shotted by it's Thundaga III for 1541 dmg. Do the other nation's NMs have these mobs on their side as well?

They were Fomors, from the Kindred Army, not the Orcs. They can attack in the same Campaign as Orcs/Quadav/Yagudo though, but they're fairly rare. Same with Gigas.

On the campaign map, if you'll hover your icon over the beastman strongholds, it will show their morale. This is a direct indicator of their strength. The only place I know of where there are Kindred mobs would be in The Eldieme Necropolis. I'm not sure how morale relates to non-campaign mobs. It would be interesting to see if you get a group to beat down some Spriggans, then it would lower their morale. I'm also still wanting to try out lowering the Beastman control in the Necropolis. I was there last night with 2 JP,and a group of San D'Orian knights came in with one of the named NPC's. They killed quite a few, but it would be nice to help them out and take over the zone.
