Micheal bay pissed at paramount for HD-DVD exclusivity= No transformers 2

Say something nasty about Nintendo so Skaw gets his panties in a bunch for a reason. Of course he is neutral though...right?

He said Microsoft was behind it.

And the New York Times article he linked even states that Microsoft confirms that they aren't.

“We provided no financial incentives to Paramount or DreamWorks whatsoever,” said Amir Majidimehr, the head of Microsoft’s consumer media technology group.

It's not my fault he suffers deranged paranoia.

dont worry guys. Micheal bay loves HD-DVD now. No joke, what a sudden change of heart!
Last night at dinner I was having dinner with three Blu-Ray owners, they were pissed about no Transformers Blu-Ray and I drank the kool aid hook line and sinker. So at 1:30 in the morning I posted - nothing good ever comes out of early am posts mind you - I over reacted. I heard where Paramount is coming from and the future of HD and players that will be close to the $200 mark which is the magic number. I like what I heard.

As a director, I'm all about people seeing films in the best quality possible, and I saw and heard firsthand people upset about a corporate decision.

So today I saw 300 on HD, it rocks!
So I think I might be back on to do Transformers 2!

Resident Evil 4 was initially exclusive to gamecube and recently came out for Wii. It was considered gamecube's best third party game even if its exclusivity turned out to be only timed.

It also bored me on PS2, and after giving it a second chance, bored me even more on Wii.

But if you want to stick to Nintendo franchises, Super Metroid was by far the best side scroller of its time and the 3d versions are a fucking snooze fest. I got bored of MP:1 about an hour in and quit. Never bought MP:2 and have no intention of buying MP:3 unless someone who doesn't suck waggle dick says it's good.

For the record: Bad Boys 1 and 2 rule. (Sony: by the way.)

The Rock was good. (Disney)

Armageddon sucked balls. (Disney)

I can't comment on Pearl Harbor because I never saw it. But Ben Affleck is a Red Socks fan so he's automatically a piece of shit. Nuff said. (Disney)

The Island was the stupidest movie I've seen in a long time. (Paramount(Warner internationally))

And I heard Transformers was great from lots of my friends, but I didn't see it because it's a dumbass concept.(Paramount)

Overall, the Rock and Bad Boys series are by far what interests me most. Both Blu-ray exclusives. He probably preferred Paramount being neutral because all his fucking movies outside of Paramount are Blu-ray exclusive. Maybe it was nice that his friends and fans could go to one place for all their Michael Bay needs?

Armaggedon was good, where else can you get a big ass jigaboo singing "leaving on a jet plane"?

Plus I cried a little when Willis gave his goodbye speech.

Oh, and Steve Buschemi wins in every role he's ever been in.

Don't mind me, i'm just having fun.

The only HD player close to the $200 mark is the XboX360 attachment.

It's not possible for HD-DVD to display a movie at a higher defination than Blu-Ray. The high defination picture relies on the movie files to be at a very low compressed state, making it a larger file size. HD-DVD dosn't have the storage space to match Blu-Ray media, meaning the content on the BR disc can be at an even lower compression state which makes for a finer picture.

Using 2 HD-DVD disc's for transformers would make it possible to make it as though it were on a BR-disc.

You "might" be back onto doing Transformers 2, providing they don't boot you for this humilation. Didin't you see what Paramount did to Tom Cruise for making them feel shame ? If you don't do it, it'll be handed over to someone else to direct.

Because i'm bored i'll ask for sauce, because it seems some people might actualy believe the validity.
